Fabulous cottage! We stayed 4 nights with our two college age children to enjoy the beaches on the Cape. We arrived a little early for check in and Louise was very accommodating. This rental is in a great location and central to everything. It was spotless and exactly as the pictures shown. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

This property was very comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed the house and the workout area in the basement was a nice bonus. Communication was easy too. Definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful home, perfect for families

The house fit our family of 5 perfectly. The home is on a busy road, but sits back on the lot. The backyard is great for the kids to play. We enjoyed making s’mores each night. We loved the gym equipment in the basement. The home is full of books, which I enjoyed reading. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. Remember to bring shampoo, soap, etc, as it’s not provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing week

The house was immaculate - recently renovated and tastefully decorated. We were two adults, two older teens and our dog - there was plenty of room, and the space was comfortable during a warm and humid week, with mini split air conditioners. The host was very responsive and the areas of Sandwich, Mashpee and Falmouth were all charming. Would definitely visit again!

Wonderful Cape Vacation

Wonderful Cape Home that is centrally located. Louise is a joy to work with, and she has beautifully decorated and updated this home. The beds are very comfortable, and it also has a wonderful back yard. The entire house is air conditioned - perfect for our late July visit! As mentioned in other reviews, the owner provides streaming services, so it was very easy to settle in at night and watch a movie. The home was spotless upon check in. Highly recommend this home for your Cape visit!

A nice vacation stay

We stayed for 1 week at this nice house. Pictures were as advertised. We did lose power one night and the host had a neighbor bring us flashlights. There is a busy road nearby, so some noise is there. We did encounter a few bugs (moths, spiders). Not sure if it was the time of year…Check in process was easy and host was responsive.

Family Vacation

We just spent 3 nights at this wonderful hidden gem. The cottage was just as shown in the advertisement. The place was incredibly clean and spacious enough for all of our 5 adults and 1 small dog. Some nice perks were the Keurig with complimentary pods and streaming subscriptions available to use on the smart tv. The place was in a good location with a short drive to Hyannis, Falmouth & Plymouth. The host was very easy to contact and everything was seamless. I would highly recommend.

Great Upper Cape Location

Stayed for a weekend function at The Ridge Club, which was directly across the street from property. This was the driving factor in decision to rent. Property was clean, easy to access, had plenty of parking for 4 vehicles. The owner was easily reachable and provided her personal contact details to us during the stay. We did have an issue with the heat throughout the weekend, which is the reason for the 4 stars. The owner kept us informed about the repair process and was genuinely apologetic for our inconvenience. Overall, this was a great property and the location, for what we were doing, was perfect.

Very cute cottage in Sandwich

We stayed for a weekend with our 2 kids and my parents. The house is super cute. The bedrooms were nicely appointed with comfortable beds. My kids loved the 2 double beds in their room. The backyard was nice and shady and we enjoyed sitting out there. Although it was pretty loud as it’s on a main road with speeding cars going by. The house was lacking a toaster and cookie sheets and some other basic necessities, so I think it would have been a little difficult to stay for very long. There also was no propane for the grill. Other than that, a lovely place.
