Loved staying here! Right on the beach, perfect location. The condo had everything we needed and more! Including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear and more! Tim was kind and accommodating, even allowing us to add an extra night last minute. The place was clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here. The property has all the beach equipment you could need. The room was very clean and the layout was very nice. The patio has a slight view of the ocean and was nice during the evening to watch and feel the sunset. I would recommend this stay.

Great stay!

The condo was exactly as described and in a great location, we loved the grassy area right in front of the beach if we didn’t feel like sitting in the sand! Tim had all the essentials for us and was quick to respond if we had any questions- we would definitely stay here again in the future!

The condo was wonderful in every way. 5 stars for the condo!The property management company was a problem. One problem we encountered was we noticed the screen on their beautiful sliding glass door was off the track so when we wanted more fresh air we couldn't close the screen. When they called us about the building power being iut i told them the sliding screen door was off the track when we srrived. It was not broken, just off the track. 2 days later i received a call about their submitting a claim on my behalf to get it repaired but i wouldn't have to pay because the repair cost was below a certsin limit. I told them I was not authorizing them to submit a claim. The story goes on and it was a problem i had to deal with. One other thing about the management company was how they charged the VRBO fees and taxes; they seemed to be over charging us.

Great views and location

We very much enjoyed our stay at Kealia resort. Location is right on the beach, and just minutes away from Kihei. Tim was a great host, very responsive.

Perfect spot for two!

This was a perfect condo for our Maui vacation. Great central location made it easy to get virtually anywhere on the island with our rental car. Host was very responsive and helpful; loved having access to beach gear!

Perfect Maui Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in Kihei. This place had everything we needed for an exceptional vacation including beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc.The location cannot be beat with easy access to all of Maui, and we loved walking the beach here every morning. Our host had excellent communication with us. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

This place was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Maui! The location was perfect with being right on the beach and being in a central area on the island! The property did change ownership before we arrived and Tim was very accommodating and even helped with tips on food recommendations! I would absolutely recommend this place again!

A great stay!

My girlfriend and I had a great stay in Maui! The condo is very close to pretty much everything on the west side of Maui, and very easy to get to from the airport too. Lydia has everything you need for your stay readily available, and it was a great home base for us to tackle many day trips. Highly recommend!

Lovely!

Overall, a very nice stay! CLEAN, comfortable, and nice view of the ocean. A few hiccups: no hot tub like the listing originally indicated (disappointing!), no washcloths or beach towels, and we had some problems with the doors.Tim was VERY responsive and friendly, and quickly remedied the lack of towels and washcloths. I appreciated his communication. I would stay here again - quiet building, and great value.

Great Location

This condo is cute & clean. The property is showing its age but it’s in a great location. The road noise from the unit is a bit loud & the mattress could use an upgrade, but it’s a good value & we enjoyed our stay.

Great place and location!

We loved this condo and would absolutely go back here again! The location is awesome and very central and convenient. The condo building and grounds are lovely and right on a beautiful beach. We loved the view and the décor of the place was adorable. It was perfect for my husband and I. The property manager/owner was very helpful and easy to contact. I have no complaints at all, and loved this place!

Charming Sugar Beach Studio

Everything with Lydia was smooth since day one. The place was perfect for our not too short stay. We loved the location right on the beach, close to restaurants, you can only hear the sea. The place was clean, very well equipped, cozy. Perfect for two people!

Quiet getaway in the heart of Maui!

This stay was the perfect location in Kihei — right in the center on Maui and just a short drive from both sides of the island, while also providing a quiet and secluded location for my partner and I. It is the perfect size for 2 people and being only steps away from the beach makes it even better. Tim made checking in and getting settled in to our stay very easy and simple, as well as being extremely helpful and responsive — would recommend to anyone wanting a nice quiet getaway to the beautiful island!

Cozy getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had plenty of room to maneuver even with the Murphy bed in the down position. The unit was generous stocked with essential supplies and had a good supply of hangers and drawers. Views of the beach and mountains was amazing. Great location for access to everything . Host was very responsive. We will definitely be back again for a longer stay!

Great stay in Kihei

The area was quiet. There was lots of beach to walk and wasn’t crowded. Conveniently located near more touristy locations for day trip. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, including snorkeling gear, boogie boards and cooler. Lydia was a great host. She was very responsive to any questions we had.

Property was exactly as described. Walking distance to the beach.

Perfect for two with everything you can think of included. 30 steps to the beach was great for morning walks. Private parking spot. Lydia is a good host thinking of everything before you arrive. Rental car suggested in Maui about 30-35 minutes to Lahaina Area. Will rent again.

First time in Maui

We enjoyed the condo for our trip trip to Maui! It was great to be so close to the beach and a short drive from downtown Kihei. The condo was very clean and many amenities were thoughtfully provided to us. We loved using the boogy boards on the beach! I would recommend this condo to anyone else, especially for the value.
