This delightful property extends a warm invitation to create cherished memories with your loved ones, all while being surrounded by the serene beauty of Neptune Beach.
The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. The Neptune Beaches Town Center is a happening place day or night, with the cutest local shops and mouthwatering restaurants. You are sure to find breakfast, lunch, or dinner options that suit your taste!
The best is to have a car. There are bicycle rental spots if you decide you'd like to make this your primary mode of transportation during your stay.

Hi! We are Jered & Carly and Josh & Kass. We are two families who built a Jacksonville-based hospitality company focused on providing quality accommodations with thoughtful design. But we don’t run everything ourselves - we have a team behind us 100% focused on you having a perfect stay.
We have lived in and traveled to many different countries and love experiencing and learning about different cultures. From our personal experience as Airbnb guests to our professional experience in hospitality, we have high standards to provide the best stay.
We all four are former military (Army and Navy). We love connecting with fellow West Point, Naval Academy, Marquette, Notre Dame (MBA), Wharton (MBA), and Syracuse (MBA) alums. We operate our own short and long-term rental properties but would be happy to talk to you about investing, managing or co-hosting yours.
