We chose Oceania 302 because of its perfect setting in the vibrant and sought-after First Street North area of Jacksonville Beach. This is the heart of the community and the most desirable area for a true coastal vacation.
This neighborhood offers the best of both worlds: unbeatable direct beach access right out your door, combined with an easy, walkable lifestyle.
