Great Family Trip

Loved our vacation here! We were close walking distance to Camp Watercolor and the playground where we spent most of our time with our young children. Loved the house including the two screened-in porches which provided space to play during the times it rained.

Great location with young kids

House was perfect, the location was ideal. Steps to the camp watercolor pool and playground and a 5 minute bike ride into Seaside. We rented a golf cart for trekking to and from the beach with our kid, tent and chairs but everything else in Watercolor and Seaside was so easily accessible by foot or bike. Great stay! Our only tiny complaint was that the porches could use a good cleaning- every little bare foot that stepped outside came back in filthy and black, but that was a small price to pay for enjoying our time on the porch swings together

House on main street

We always enjoy staying in 30A. This was our first time staying in Watercolor, and for the money, with all the amenities, we had a blast(especially with a 4 yr old.) I do feel like attention to detail is a necessity at this property. Multiple screens were broken and just the overall cleanliness(shower smelled musty) could have been a little better. Overall we did enjoy our stay. Also, construction projects apparently going on in the house as well.

Love this location and house!!

Beautiful house in a GREAT location!! We were just around the corner from Camp Watercolor and a very short drive to the Watercolor Inn/beach. This community is one of our favorite vacation spots and this house was in a perfect spot. The front porch was our morning coffee spot and the family room with vaulted ceilings was our evening relaxation spot. Our kids really enjoyed the loft and built-in bunk beds as well! It's so nice to be so close to everything, from the grocery story to the food trucks and boardwalk in Seaside. When we encountered a couple issues during our stay, the property management team was highly responsive and very good to work with – after each interaction, we had full confidence that they were taking care of the situation. Highly recommend this location for families with kids who want to enjoy all that Watercolor has to offer!

Good stay but issues

We love Watercolor and Seaside. This house was beautiful but we did have a few issues. The ice maker and grill were not working. There were small necessities that were lacking, such as hot pads. The main issue is the upstairs oddly has shudders that open up to the downstairs. It was incredibly loud in the bedroom if anyone was in the kitchen or living room. The adults had to be extremely quiet as to not wake up the kids in the bunk beds. Recommend closing off the shudders to reduce noise in the bedroom. Also the property management company was rather rigid. They were not flexible at all. Overall we did enjoy our stay, but when you spend so much money, you have certain expectations.

What a beautiful house and a wonderful visit! We had three toddlers, and loved how close we were to Camp Watercolor, and an easy bike ride to the beach. We added two kids trailers to the bikes, and it was so fun for us to bike everywhere! Thanks for a beautiful house to relax all week!

We had a great time in Watercolor once again, my family absolutely love being able to ride the bikes to the local beach, get donuts, eat breakfast or just to take a ride around the community. We love going to Seaside in the evening, grabbing a bite to eat or just listening to music. I can’t wait to go back, I already hear the beach calling my name!

We just came back from a wonderful week at this house and absolutely loved it! The house is more spacious than it appears. Masters on main were really cozy and perfect for 2 families. The upstairs room was great for the kids. The location can’t be beat. I highly recommend this home!

April 2017 Stay

Had a wonderful experience at this house. The house is located a block from the camp pool, across the street from a green space, and several blocks from the back entrance to Seaside. 360 Blue also exceeded our expectations. We accidentally locked ourselves out one night at 10 pm and called the after-hours hotline. They had us back into the house within 5 minutes! We will be back again!

Had a wonderful stay in Watercolor, and loved 1275 Western Lake Drive! Such a beautiful home, which made our vacation even that much more enjoyable! It was perfect for our party of nine! 360 Blue Properties were always very courteous anytime we had questions or needed additional info. I can't say enough about Amanda, who received our call around 10 PM stating we had locked ourselves out of the house, yet she kept a cheerful attitude throughout the whole ordeal! And of course, Matt, our service guy, who arrived within a few minutes to assist us, and managed a smile on his face the entire time, and never complained! Both employees were very professional, and both receive an A in customer service! Please make sure they receive a special "thank you" from us! Thanks again to the homeowners and 360 Blue for an amazing time, and we plan to definitely return in the future!!! :)

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was perfect for our family of four and my in-laws from France (6 total). The house was beautiful, clean, and the 360 Blue management made renting easy and hassle free. I highly recommend downloading the 360 Blue app. It was very informative and seemed to anticipate any questions we had.
