Marina 3030 es un muy bien decorado dos baños escapada a la playa de tres dormitorios que cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar, que incluye un televisor de pantalla plana en el salón y los tres dormitorios, así como Internet inalámbrico. !! La primera planta de esta villa tiene una cocina, comedor y sala de estar bien equipada. Situado frente a la sala de estar hay una gran cubierta w / una parrilla de gas y asientos - perfecto para una tarde relajada de la parrilla después de un duro día de golf / tenis o surf y la arena.


En el segundo piso de esta villa hay dos dormitorios con dos camas individuales en cada habitación y baño compartido. El tercer piso tiene el dormitorio principal con una cama king size, baño privado completamente renovado y el balcón privado más gloriosa con vista de pájaro de las aves que anidan en los árboles de palma.


Seascape Villas tiene un ambiente relajante y subtropical que ofrece dos piscinas de agua salada, senderos para caminar y una serie de lagunas con puentes que se conectan.


También hay una playa privada Cabana se encuentra en el océano para el uso exclusivo de los propietarios Vista Marina e invitados. La cabaña incluye duchas exteriores de baño de los hombres y mujeres de separada.

Second Year in a row staying there

Came back to stay here after staying in this unit last year. Enjoyed the new grill. Great location. Will come back again next summer.

Nice place for a long weekend

This was a great location just ten minutes walk from the beach. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The unit itself is a bit dated and needs a little TLC (repainting, fixed outlet covers), but this wasn't a big deal for our short stay. The pool was a short walk away and our kids loved it. Overall we had a great time.

Great condo!!

We arrived after check in but it was such an easy process. Management is located in front of condo complex. The condo was very clean . The pictures are very accurate on the website. Looking forward to staying here again.

Memorial Day at HHI

Updates have been made to the bathrooms which were a plus and the extra bedding and 3 bedrooms were excellent to have for kids or guests. Easy walk across the street and shaded path to the beach and Coligny plaza. Customer service was friendly and helpful. I would recommend both Vacation time and the property and would stay again.

Perfect Location and Great Place to Rent for Families

I have an 18 year old, 14 year old and 9 year old who all found it amazing (which is saying a lot considering the age differences). We rented bikes and the kids rode to Coligny Plaza and on the beach. So many trails. We loved Harbourtown and the beautiful nature preserve in SeaPines. We took a day trip to Savannah which was fun too. The villa is well stocked and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The central location to all of Hilton Head was a plus. Very short walk to the beach.

Perfect location! Good rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental was perfect! A very short walk across the street to a beach access. We loved the private beach cabana (which only was a restroom and foot wash station) on the beach. The community pool was ok, not great. It was on the small side and was often crowded. The kitchen was equipped with basic items, nothing fancy or over the top. The kitchen did have a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Also a blender and hand mixer. The space felt dated, but was overall good. The dated decor would probably be the only reason I would choose a different unit on our next visit. The tv’s were not up to date and were very small. The bed frames in the guests rooms were very unstable. The master bathroom shower could use a deep clean! There were a few beach chairs in the unit to use. Our experience with VTHH has always been wonderful and we will definitely use their services again.

Great Location / Outdated Townhouse

About a half mile walk to the beach access and 3/4 mile walk to Malls, shops and restaurants.The unit was very clean, outdated with too many stairs for my liking. Also, he parking situation was weird and there were few lights outside.We were surprised only 1 trash bag and no coffee filters were provided for our 7 day stay. The coffee pot was missing when we arrived, but the rental office quickly replaced it with a new coffee pot.Overall, we didn’t like the townhouse and wouldn’t stay there again.

Good location and ok villa, but some drawbacks

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third different unit we've stayed at in Seascape. The location of the complex is great, as it's a short (5 min) walk to the beach, and is close to shopping, dining, etc at nearby Coligny Circle. This unit was generally ok, but had a few negatives about it that would prevent us from renting it again. Nothing that was really bad by themselves, but the many little negatives add up to us avoiding it in the future. Such as: odd location of the master bath door (right up against the outside wall) that very annoyingly interfered with the vertical blinds every time you went into and out of the bathroom; dirty grout that needs replacing in the master bath shower; laundry machines inside the 2nd floor bathroom; no ceiling fans in the 2nd floor bedrooms; very limited cookware (missing basic things like baking pans, tongs, etc); tired looking deck with only small tables (not big enough for a family of 6 to eat together...). We had a couple of issues that we brought up with the management company (no drip coffee maker and no outside hose), and the Vacation Time folks were great at getting these resolved.

A condo for a family!

Positives: Great location, plenty of space, owners very helpful, nice deck, plenty of space and seating for hanging out with family and enjoying dinner, multiple pools in the complex, newly carpeted. A few things that could be improved: there is no table on the deck for eating dinner, just two side tables and chairs; there were no small beach chairs (just a couple sports chairs) at the time we were there and no beach wagon; the washer and dryer could be updated, and note they are in the second bathroom so changing laundry is sometimes challenging. We have stayed in several 3 bedroom units in this complex, and this has been the most well-maintained and comfortable!

Lazy beach days

We rode bikes to town (love the bike paths) and just a short walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. You could look down to where the "public" would come to and could definitely tell the difference. Very nice! There were only a couple of things in the condo I would like to have known prior, and they are small things. 1st only had 1 trash bag all week. Hard to do with 5 people. And there is nothing there food item wise. Plenty to cook with but no salt/pepper etc. It's hard to bring every little thing from home and can get expensive to have to buy every little thing you need. This was one of the best vacations we've been on!

We had a little issue with the TV's upstairs working, but Carol and her husband Bill were very responsive in helping us resolve this. This was not a huge issue since we were on vacation and there was so much to do, we really didn't need multiple TV's. Carol was very helpful with insider tips on where to eat and what to see. The Villa is in a great location. We loved renting bikes and riding everywhere. We would stay here again.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 1st trip to Hilton Head as a family. Reservations were made at the last minute so I don't feel I can complain much. The location of the property was very nice. The property had not been well cared for. The bathrooms were quite dirty on arrival, the kitchen floor and cabinets had build up of dirt and grease. There was a Gigantic coach roach in the middle of the living/dining room floor the morning of our tennis courts as advertised. The cooling system is insufficient for a 3 story unit, the downstairs was freezing and the upstairs sweltering hot!
