Ocean One 504 -Debe ver !! Actualizado Beachside 5th Floor Condo

Esta unidad no está frente al océano, pero está a solo unos pasos de la playa. Los huéspedes que se alojen en Ocean One 504 disfrutan de una vista del paisaje y no tendrán que cruzar una calle para llegar al Océano Atlántico y sus playas de arena blanca. El quinto piso condominio al lado del océano tiene capacidad para 8 personas. King en BR1, Two Queens en BR2 y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Después de horas de surf, los vacacionistas se enjuagan bajo la ducha al aire libre ubicada en el paseo privado de la playa del complejo y luego se sumergen en la piscina frente al mar. Ocean One ha agregado una nueva área de parrillas al complejo justo más allá de la piscina. Ocean One es un edificio de cinco pisos con elevador ubicado en South Forest Beach. The floors were dirty. It was advertised as “ beach front “ but it was a parking lot view. Very very misleading. I am a judge you need to change that . You need a smart TV in the master bedroom and a larger TV in the second bedroom. 24” in today’s society is not big enough. Everything else was ok

Great place for a long weekend stay! Plenty of space, and great sleeping arrangements for my family of 5, (including 3 very tall boys). Excellent location. An easy walk to the beach, and tons of shopping and dining choices within walking distance as well. We would stay here again!

Location in proximity to Coligny Plaza was great for meals and shopping but also meant beach was more crowded. Condo was as expected once a few initial concerns were addressed. The customer service and responsiveness from the property rental company was great - quick and helpful.

Great Vacation Stay

Check in was so easy, and we were able to check in early The property was fabulous. Well taken care of. The pool always clean and plenty of room. The area was really hopping with music and families. Our villa was beautiful. Loved the decor. We willcome back.

Not bad but not great

The location of the property and communication were excellent. Easy check in, plenty of parking, and right on the beach and beneath the pool. Also, right next to coligny and didn’t have to drive anywhere if we didn’t want to. However, the condo is in need of some upgrades. We were greeted with a really musty smell when we arrived and it never really went away. Couch is super worn and could be replaced. Pillows were paper thin and felt too used. I believe due to this and more that this was priced the way it was. Overall, not bad, but not tremendous.

Great condo

Well stocked kitchen with newer appliances . Pool was great and easy quick walk to the beach!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the stay was great. That said, the condo wasn't cleaned very well upon our arrival. We ended up purchasing a mop to clean. Also, we were unaware of the exterior construction going on which we understand updates have to occur at times, but we should have been notified that this work was in process ahead of our arrival. The one elevator closest to our unit wasn't working and the working elevator was by all of the construction/dust on the far other end. During the day the lights in the exterior hallways and stairwells were shut off due to the work but no temporary lighting was in place so we had to navigate coming and going in the dark. Definitely opportunity to trip and opening up liability to the condo association/owner. Also, in the interior room the new lights are very bright at night and the current drapes didn't seal off. I would recommend getting a more fitted blind to prevent this.

Beautiful Beach location

This was just one of 3 units we rented in the property for a family vacation of 15. This unit was more updated than the other units. My only wish for this one was a ceiling fan or at least a portable fan. It’s a 5th floor unit and the balcony faces the parking lot, but the price reflected that. The Beach and pool were awesome!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property is wonderful, we have stayed in various units in this complex for the past 38 years. We have previously stayed in this unit and rebooked it for the quality of the condo.When we arrived the door for one of the bathrooms would not move. It would open a few inches but would go no further. I contacted the office on check in day and was told that the swelling has to go down before the door could be repaired. We went the whole week without that being repaired. This made one of the two bathrooms of the condo unusable by many of our party.I am not sure we will be selecting this condo again.
