Wonderful 5 bedroom home with a private pool just steps from the beach! Nestled between folly field and islanders beaches, you'll love the location of this gem!
The Space:
Soak up the sun and feel the ocean breeze—it's time for your dream beach getaway!
Can't beat this location! Across the street from Folly Field Beach and ocean. Bring the whole family! Private gated entrance to beach. This home features 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and is perfect for 2 families and up to 10 people to stay. Enjoy the private pool in the backyard and there is lots of room to enjoy your beach vacation. The first floor has a living room, dining, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and also a laundry room for your convenience. The 2nd level has a living room, dining area, and mini kitchen area. It has a king bed suite with a jet tub, walk-in closet, and separate shower. There is an outside deck area with dining table that overlooks the pool and backyard.
This beach home is close to the Westin Hotel. Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head features over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Some of Hilton Head's favorite waterfront restaurants are a short car ride away.
Pets are allowed on the property; you just need to pay an additional cleaning fee, which is a fee of $300 per pet. We only allow 2 pets and we need a $500 security deposit, which is refundable after your stay if there's no damage in the unit.
Heater Use Policy:
Heater use is available upon request and is subject to an additional fee of $100 per day or $500 per week. Fees apply for the duration the heater is used. Please let us know ahead of time.
Gym is not available on the property.

Or be a snowbird and book 3 weeks to get the 4th free, from January 1st through March 1st.
