Este condominio de propiedad privada en el cuarto piso tiene 620 pies cuadrados y ofrece un balcón privado al que se accede desde la sala de estar, literas junior en el pasillo para niños o jóvenes, lavadora / secadora, WIFI gratuito y decoración de inspiración tropical. Debido al espacio de estacionamiento limitado, se aplica estrictamente un límite de 1 automóvil. Esta unidad tiene 1 espacio de estacionamiento asignado debajo del edificio. Great view lacks some helpful items

The location is perfect, the property lacks some basic items that are typically included. The ice machine is so slow took 24 hours to fill up once, the condo is not spotless. The silver wear in the drawer had to be washed to use, the baseboards were very dirty. There is very limited cooking items and no salt/pepper. No games or anything for the beach (it wasn’t advertised that it was but we have always found them in the properties). With a little TLC it could go from ok to good.

The only thing to make it a more perfect stay is a water pick shower head. That’s the only thing we could find to change!! Loved the stay! Hope to come back.

Family vacation

The condo was the usual GS condo. Elevators were the fastest we had ever seen. Furniture was not comfortable and the kitchen was the least stocked of any condo we had stayed at before. It was quiet and beach was not too crowded like a lot of the other areas just down the beach. There is a restaurant and an ice cream shop within walking distance so that was nice.

By the Beach

The room was clean. It was right by the beach. A quick elevator trip down made it even easier to access the beach. I wish the bed and couch had been more comfortable. Both were pretty stiff. I also wish it had a fan in the bedroom at the very least. These are minor inconveniences and comforts of home. Overall, we had a great stay.

Relaxing Get-away

Everything that we needed was provided and the location was close enough to the main business hub to be convenient yet far enough away to afford us the peace and quiet we were seeking. The only issue we had - the Amenity Key was missing from our welcome basket - was resolved within a day.

Great Location and Easy Access to Everything

The condom was in a great location. Parking was easy and there was easy access to local venues. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the stay. The condo looked clean but there was a strong musty/stale smell that did not go away until after a few days. Otherwise everything was great.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay at Seacrest #406. The beach views were wonderful. We did not use the pool or hot tub as we spent out days by the ocean. I would definitely recommend this unit.

The condo, the location, the beach, renting ebikes to bike Gulf Shores State Park, golfing Kiva Dunes and Peninsula, hiking Bon Sequer Wildlife Refuge, Dauphin Island, fresh shrimp and red snapper, etc. It was all perfect!!

Nice quick getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much, and have been staying at Seacrest condo for years, well...since our boys were little....30+ years! It would be nice if the "local" information brochures/binder that are in the condo were updated and more current. We rely on those to find the best restaurants, or "where the locals" eat, and much of the information was very old. Overall we had a great time! Thank you!

The perfect getaway

This was the perfect condo for just the two of us. 4th floor, close to the elevator and trash chute; perfect view of the gulf. We will rent this property again.

Great Condo/Excellent Location

The condo was exactly what we expected and the location, on the beach, with a great view and a short walk to the water. Our only complaint is the bed, not a great mattress. This place has a well stocked kitchen, no need to bring too much from home. There is a washer and dryer and plenty of bath towels/wash cloths. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Our stay at Seacrest room 406

The condo is beautiful, great balcony looking towards the ocean. The only issue is that the tv remote didn't work, we had to go buy batteries. Just wanted to let you know that the handle on the toilet needs to be fixed, it is very loose. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay! Will recommend to friends. Thank you for letting us stay here.

Great view!

We loved the location and the view. The only thing that we really had an issue with is our washing machine wouldn’t work. However, I called customer service and reported it and they had maintenance out very quickly. Unfortunately it wasn’t a quick fix, therefore we didn’t have a washing machine for our trip. Other than that we have no complaints. We would definitely stay there again.

Dirty

We didn't get a parking pass and couldn't reach anyone to get one. We had to beg security not to tow us. The room was filthy. There was literally trash on the floor.
