BIENVENIDO A FOUNDRY 7!
Fundición: Ubicada en Truman Annex, uno de los vecindarios costeros privados más prestigiosos y lujosos de Cayo Hueso, Foundry 7 ofrece una oportunidad única para disfrutar de un moderno condominio de 3 pisos rodeado de una gran parte de la historia de los Estados Unidos. La fundición fue construido originalmente en 1845 como una plancha trabaja para la base militar de Fort Zachary.

El interior de estos condominios son muy reflectante del estilo colonial español moderna, manteniendo líneas y diseño limpio intacta. Desde el frente, el patio privado está hermosamente diseñada, con una mesa, zona de estar y barbacoa.

A la entrada a través de puertas dobles, altos techos abovedados muestran cómo el espacio se maximiza sin renunciar lujo o estilo. La primera planta es un concepto abierto y se compone de la sala de estar, comedor y cocina. La sala de estar está equipada con TV por cable, reproductor de DVD y un reproductor de CD. El comedor tiene una mesa de seis asientos justo al lado de la barra de desayuno que sirve mucho tiempo como un límite de la zona de cocina completa.

El segundo piso de este condominio se bromeó con la suite principal, cuarto de baño y un balcón privado con asientos. Este es un lugar ideal para mirar las estrellas o que su café de la mañana. Este nivel también tiene la unidad de lavadora y secadora para el lujo y la facilidad completa durante su estancia.

La tercera planta se compone de la segunda habitación. Se puede hacer en dos camas individuales o una cama del rey; esto también tiene su propio cuarto de baño.

La propiedad de fundición 7 viene con una plaza de aparcamiento, no es adecuado para mascotas y es una propiedad para no fumadores.

The property is in pristine condition, with everything you need for a longer stay or just a few days away. The property could not be in a better location. A five minute stroll to Duval st and passing several historical location on the way. Look up the area and you will see it could be located in a better place. The office staff are very friendly and so helpful, I know because I contacted them with all my dumb questions a few times. They reply immediately and are so helpful. 5 stars all around for staff location and the property. Thank you so much. We will be back soon.

Great location, close to Duval street and Fort Zachary. Annex is safe, clean, upscale, gated and very close to everything. Short walk or bike. Didn’t touch the car all week.

For some reason the deadbolt would not work but we eventually figured it out. Other than that slight hiccup we had a great time. Nice house, spacious and homey. Very comfortable bed, slept like a baby. To be honest We were kind of surprised that there weren't any kind of condiments for cooking, and maybe that was explained in the contract, but other than that we had a marvelous time as EVERYTHING was within walking distance.

Not only are you are short bike ride away from Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and beach, but you are just steps away from Duval Street, but WITHOUT any street noise. My family and I will hold great memories of our stay there for a lifetime.

Inviting and cozy respite plus location, location, location!!!

My granddaughters HS grad trip was made complete in this beautiful 3 story charmer. I felt completely at home. My granddaughter fell in love with the 3rd level king bed en suite. Gpa and I had the 2nd floor king bed en suite complete with w/d and balcony. The 1st floor was had everything for cooking, relaxing, watching TV as well as a courtyard and porch to drink coffee or cocktails on. We loved the location, in this gorgeous gated community. We literally walked to everything. Steps away from Mallory Square for sunsets and fresh seafood or walk to Southernmost Point and 0 mile marker. Duval St and all the shops, restaurants and bars were steps away too. It even came with a designated parking space and community pool. Our fav places to eat were A&B Lobsterhouse, Onlywood Pizza. Sarabeth’s and Azure had delectable brunch. We even watched a newly released movie at the Tropic Cinema while enjoying popcorn, beer and wine. It’s within a 2 block walk. I would gladly return to this immaculate and well appointed property, suitable and safe enough for a girl trip or romantic enough for a honeymoon. My only regret was we didn’t book a 2nd week. 5+ stars.

The stay was great except for the pool. The property management company was awesome. We encountered a couple of issues upon arrival and all our concerns were resolved within 30 minutes. Great service, communication, and extremely nice staff.

Excellent location

Great house, walking distance for Mallory square, Duval street and beach. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. House had everything we needed with the pool just 1 minute away

Key West week

Foundry 7 in Truman Annex was neat and clean and close to everything in Key West, but a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful are next to the ocean, beaches, old town and restaurants. Have your walking sandals with you and don’t be afraid to rent bikes or golf carts to get around. Lots of fun with history woven in.

Great stay in a great location

We stayed as a family for a full week in December. Management was great at replying to random one of questions we had and also very accommodating with our check-in and check-out process. We’ve been coming to Key West for the last few years and will 100% be staying here again. Very family friendly while still being close to all of the excitement downtown.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhome in the Truman Annex is located in a perfect spot for access to all Key West has to offer. The AC went out on our 2nd day but Preferred Properties was excellent in getting someone there to resolve the issue. Foundry 7 could use some updates to the furniture/ carpeting etc. but this didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay.
