very nice

The outside could use some landscaping, but that is my only negative. The inside of the house was very spacious with new bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The house had nice touches, like liquid soaps in the bathrooms and laundry soap by the machine with the measuring spoon inside. Excellent location, easy to deal with owner. A good place to stay in Sag Harbor.

Perfect getaway!

Such a lovely and comfortable home! Beautiful kitchen and dining room. Very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed spending time here as a holiday retreat. We loved the short distance into town as well. Beautiful nature preserve nearby where we took a hike by the water! The host Eric is very responsive and manages a beautiful property very well. This was our second time and we are already planning when we can return! Thank you!!

Nice updated kitchen

You need to be familiar with the lock box and I wasn’t. Very difficult to see at night with no lights on and very tiny numbers on the lock box. Pillows and linens need to be refreshed. Stains on furniture. Outdoor patio very beautiful however table was dirty chairs had spiderwebs on them therefore you really couldn’t sit outside and enjoy. I know this is sounding like a bad review however it isn’t. Just needs a handyman to come in and do some minor touchups as well as refreshing the linens and it would be perfect. The kitchen area was outstanding and the house was very comfortable. When the weather gets warmer hopefully the patio furniture will be clean with new cushions so that everyone could enjoy the outdoors as well.

Great stay, super clean house

The house was very well maintained and very clean. The owner was incredibly responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc, and our kids loved all of the games that were available as well! Great house and walkable to a great playground!

Excellent Rental

The house is warm and cozy with plenty of room for our family of four. Amazingly well equipped kitchen and clean and bright bathrooms. Comfortable beds as well. The owner was very kind and responsive.

Great winter getaway!

Lovely home walking distance to sag harbor village and short drive to several towns in the area. The home was spacious and we loved the open kitchen area and bedrooms were very comfortable. Eric was a very responsive and helpful owner. We would love to stay again in the future!

Beautiful oasis in Sag Harbor

We very much enjoyed our stay at Eric’s property. He was so thoughtful and very quick to respond. The house is beautiful and very spacious for us (we were a party of four — my husband and I, plus our two young boys). The photos actually don’t do the house justice, the kitchen and bathrooms are very new and well done, and we loved that the patio opens right up to a spacious backyard with beautiful lake views (my city boys loved this feature). The location was very convenient and we loved the fact that the house is just 5 minutes away from the main Sag Town. Made running errands and going to the local post office/bank super easy!!! The house is very well furnished and stocked relative to most rental houses we’ve stayed at, and I can’t say enough about how kind and accommodating Eric has been as a host. We will definitely return! Thank you for allowing us this opportunity for a peaceful escape from the city. 🙏🏻

Very comfortably appointed home

We were very pleased with the layout and the cleanliness of the house—it was a perfect getaway for our family weekend. The kitchen and bathrooms appeared to be recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable with nice linens, etc. too. Great choice for us!

Feels like HOME!

Beautiful home with large bedrooms and updated large bathrooms. The second you walk in the door it feels like home. We were in town for a wedding and wish we could have stayed a little longer. Comfortable stay with family

We had a great time at this property over Labor Day weekend. The layout of the house was functional for our two families with small children, and the kitchen and common areas were spacious and very well-stocked. We enjoyed the modern and clean amenities, the comfortable beds, and all the things in the house that made us feel at home. The pond view was also really enjoyable. Deer and bird sightings made up for the mosquito bites. The house is super close to village center and Long Beach. Eric was easy to work with and responded promptly, with all necessary information. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, well appointed home in a quiet setting and great location.

This was a warm and welcoming home for our weekend stay in Sag Harbor. Plenty of comfortable beds, great showers and bathrooms... very pleasant stay overall. Home was very clean and charming and provided all we needed for a memorable family getaway! We even got to watch some deer grazing out by the pond bordering the property! Easy drive to everything we wanted to see and do in The Hamptons. Would enjoy another stay here if we ever find ourselves in this area again. Thanks so much for everything Eric!

Very comfortable house and extraordinarily well equipped.

We were 5 adults, a toddler and an infant, and the house worked perfectly for us, even though the wind chill dropped below zero. Large kitchen with everything one could ask for leading into a large dining room table. Great spaces to gather, and everything worked. Would like to have had a TV in the living room for football games.

Great value and close to town

House looks a little shady from the outside, but inside is very nicely renovated, especially all 3.5 bathrooms and kitchen. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.
