Unidad Luminoso y acogedor, unidad totalmente equipada. Dos habitaciones con nuevos colchones con pillow-top de alta calidad, cama tamaño queen en el dormitorio principal y dos camas gemelas XL en el segundo dormitorio.

TV por cable con más de 100 canales y HBO, WiFi de alta velocidad (75 Mbit), lavadora y secadora.

Desde que se tomaron las fotos, la unidad se ha actualizado con un nuevo Smart TV de 60 "HD en la sala de estar y un Smart TV UHD 4K de 50" en el dormitorio principal. Además, el sofá se ha actualizado a un diseñador, un sofá cama King con un colchón de espuma de memoria que puede alojar cómodamente a 2 adultos.

El complejo tiene una piscina privada, con una bonita piscina y tumbonas. Paseo a la playa (a menos de 50 pies), estacionamiento privado + estacionamiento para 10 visitantes y ascensor.

La unidad estará completamente equipada con toallas, ropa de cama, toallas de playa y sillas de playa, equipo adicional disponible a pedido.

Cute condo, steps from the beach, nice pool, over all everything was as pictured with the exception that you could not see the air show at all from the balcony. Would stay again.

Great place on the beach

This property was great! Its an older building but they have done a great job keeping it up to date. Would definitely stay here again!

Vacay with a view

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper so much! Beautiful ocean views, easy access to the beach/water, and easy access to main roads for travel around town. The property was as described in the listing and our family was very comfortable for our stay.

Perfect location

The views from the balcony were good as well as being steps away from the beach. Communication with property management was great. The place can use some TLC as well as a remodel. We enjoyed Jax Beach!

Guests were rude and left the place very dirty. I would not rent to them ever again after how they left our condo. The condo is as pictured. The outside of the building was just remodeled. Avoid this guests as they won’t leave your property as they found it. Destructive

My guest and I enjoyed our weekend at the Sandpiper. It was a really nice experience, quite clean we enjoyed the beach and the surrounding area. The only down part was the persons that were supposed to be renting that place next or so they said, showed up at the door and wanted to come inside to see what the place looks like, we didn’t let them in of course, and continued our weekend. I had a really great time.

Short wedding weekend

Property was nice and clean. Bathroom needs an overhaul but we could tell some improvements have been made. Our first time staying in Jax Beach and it was nice. No sheets for fold out couch.

Super Hostess!

The unit is in a most impressive location next to the beach - comfortable, has everything you need for a lovely vacation. We like to cook so the kitchen was well stocked, but those views were amazing. Literally two minutes to the sea. The best part however was Kelecia our hostess. She was really communicative and fun, and truly made our trip. I'd recommend any of Opulent's properties - we had a lovely time and it's a lovely spot!

Old Florida Vibe

The location was great, we could walk to so many things. The beach is really nice and just right out the door. Pool is very small but we didn't need it at this time although the area was nice. Our unit had been mostly updated and was comfortable for the two of us. My only negative is there were plastic mattress coverings on the bed that made them hot to sleep on even though the mattress was comfortable. Overall I would go back again.

Perfect getaway!

Amazing! We walked right out the elevator and onto the beach. Stepped out onto our balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. Clean, plenty of room everything we needed to do any type of cooking we wanted. Our hosts were the best I cannot say enough about them. It was such a great location. Cumberland Island, Saint Augustine, Amelia Island, downtown Jacksonville all these places are close by. Our hosts had a closet filled with items for the beach. All linens towels were there for us. It was beyond our expectations. My granddaughter and her friend came to visit us for a few days and they had a blast. Shops and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful all the neighbors were wonderful. I can’t remember recommend it enough. We are going back next year.

Not happy with the accommodations

The toilet seat was loose and the cover broken although that was fixed after we reported it. The refrigerator door handle was missing. The cipher lock on the door has a touch screen and you can't see the buttons until you start the process. When you click a button, the traffic noise usually drowns out the feedback. Bottom line, you need to put a cipher lock on the door with real buttons that can be seen. All the other units seemed to have real buttons.

The guests were irate and out of hand. We almost had to ask them to leave. We understand technology is hard but when we try to help you there is no reason for disrespect. Prior to your arrival seat was not broken. Again things happen instead of blaming others just ask for help. It’s very simple things like a digital lock in 2025 that you’ll just have to learn to adjust to. We wish you well. There is nothing wrong with the fridge door you do not need a handle for this fridge. It’s also not a busy street. Some people you simply can’t please or help learn technology:)
