Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación y ubicación
So no doubt the condo itself presents well particularly in the photos from the listing. However, maybe I missed it but I didn’t see that the two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. Maybe that could have been connected in photos, but I didn’t catch it. Not a deal breaker but depending on who the guests are someone is taking stuff daily to the downstairs bathroom when needed. And speaking of those two upstairs bedrooms, something should be done about the A/C. If not for fans it would have been unbearable to sleep there. I’m not the first in reviews to mention this, yet nothing apparently has been addressed. The master fan remote is missing so the only way to have that fan on is with the light on. Not ideal at night. Floor fans were provided and we kept them on 24/7 no exceptions. We also bought a fan ourselves and placed it at the bottom of the stairs to push air up. The downstairs cooke’s easily and was comfortable at all times. If you love great views, easy beach access, well kept grounds and pool…this place works. If you like it even remotely cool at night to sleep, it’s surely not recommended. I marked the cleanliness less than 5 because we had to clean the coffeemaker to use. Everything else was as clean as expected. The condo has certainly been refurbished, redecorated as seen in photos and it’s very nice and very well done. I never contacted anyone about the A/C. Previous reviews and fans left there told me nothing would change.
