This lovely oceanfront, 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is the perfect vacation spot. Relax on the 3rd floor, master bedroom balcony with your morning coffee or in the evening with cocktails. Gather together family and friends and share a casual meal on the 2nd floor, living room balcony. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with white cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. The attached dining area table seats 4. The adjacent living room has ample seating and a flat screen TV with a Blu-ray player. The master bedroom has a King bed and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has 2 Twin beds. The unit is wifi enabled and has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Nice unit in a great location. Pros: The location, the 2 pools, proximity to the beach, shared grills available, the view's and balcony’s Cons:The unit could have used more beach necessaries such as a cooler and beach towels (not white bath ones), the upstairs bedrooms were stuffy and took a while to cool off, The king size bed wasn’t very comfortable.Misc:The master bedroom has tower fans to help circulate the air No sponge in the unit so we had to buy one to wash dishesProperty managements communication was good and gave us all the important informationWe enjoyed our visit. Thanks !

So no doubt the condo itself presents well particularly in the photos from the listing. However, maybe I missed it but I didn’t see that the two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. Maybe that could have been connected in photos, but I didn’t catch it. Not a deal breaker but depending on who the guests are someone is taking stuff daily to the downstairs bathroom when needed. And speaking of those two upstairs bedrooms, something should be done about the A/C. If not for fans it would have been unbearable to sleep there. I’m not the first in reviews to mention this, yet nothing apparently has been addressed. The master fan remote is missing so the only way to have that fan on is with the light on. Not ideal at night. Floor fans were provided and we kept them on 24/7 no exceptions. We also bought a fan ourselves and placed it at the bottom of the stairs to push air up. The downstairs cooke’s easily and was comfortable at all times. If you love great views, easy beach access, well kept grounds and pool…this place works. If you like it even remotely cool at night to sleep, it’s surely not recommended. I marked the cleanliness less than 5 because we had to clean the coffeemaker to use. Everything else was as clean as expected. The condo has certainly been refurbished, redecorated as seen in photos and it’s very nice and very well done. I never contacted anyone about the A/C. Previous reviews and fans left there told me nothing would change.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time at Ocean Villas 033 and would stay here again. Both decks had lovely ocean views. The furniture was clean/new and there were a few beach supplies in the closest (a great surprise). Be prepared to bring supplies like shampoo/conditioner, paper towel, and extra toilet paper. The price was right, so it wasn't a big deal.
