ABOUT THE PROPERTY

The home is fully renovated with a newly furnished living room and bedrooms; and newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full set of cookware, dishware, cooking utensils, flatware, serving dishes, and a variety of small appliances.

The first floor features an open concept living room with a Thomasville sleeper sofa, kitchen, and dining area; washer and dryer; recently renovated full bathroom with walk-in shower; and two bedrooms - each with a Sealy Posturepedic queen size bed and sliding doors leading to the backyard patio area.

The second floor features a large vaulted-ceiling primary bedroom suite with a Sealy Posturepedic king bed, desk space for remote work, lounge chair, and twin air mattress. This house is non-smoking and no pets allowed. Must be 25 years old to book.

Nightly fee includes cleaning fee, town of Bethany Beach taxes, and a parking permit for downtown Bethany.
