Bienvenido a nuestra maravillosa Bethany Beach de tres dormitorios / 2. Casa adosada de 5 baños ubicada a solo 1/2 milla de la playa y el paseo marítimo. Camine, ande en bicicleta o tome el tranvía de playa Bethany, que lo recogerá justo bajando la calle. Esta casa adosada se encuentra en la tranquila comunidad residencial de Villas of Bethany West, ubicada en el centro de Bethany Beach, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas.

Esta casa está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones relajantes. La cocina actualizada incluye electrodomésticos nuevos, lavadora / secadora, microondas y cafetera. La sala de estar incluye un televisor de 50 ", chimenea de leña, sistema de audio, WiFi y cómodos asientos. El área de comedor tiene capacidad para 8 personas, incluyendo una mesa de comedor y taburetes.

Agregamos una gran sala de 3 temporadas a la casa en 2017 que tiene un sofá, 2 sillas giratorias y una mesa de pub de 3 asientos. ¡Fuera de la sala de 3 estaciones hay una parrilla de gas y un gran patio trasero para que jueguen los niños!

La tranquila comunidad residencial tiene una ENORME piscina con una piscina para niños, canchas de tenis, canasta de baloncesto y un pequeño parque infantil. No hay tarifa adicional por usar la piscina comunitaria y las canchas de tenis. También hay un estanque comunitario, que es un estanque de sal, con un muelle para lanzar su kayak o canoa.

Esta casa adosada incluye 3 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños. Tiene capacidad para 8 personas. El dormitorio n. ° 1 (principal) tiene una cama king y baño en suite. El dormitorio # 2 tiene una cama Queen con una cama nido debajo y el dormitorio # 3 tiene 2 juegos de literas gemelas. La ropa de cama no está incluida, por lo que debes traer tus propias sábanas y toallas.

Esta casa adosada se encuentra a poca distancia o en bicicleta a la playa, restaurantes, cafetería, paseo marítimo, etc. ¡Wawa, Rita's, Grotto Pizza y muchos restaurantes están a solo unos pasos de distancia!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Willow Haven and Bethany Beach. The house was well equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable. The bunk room was a big hit even for our biggest kid (13.5). They loved having their own space while still being together. The location of the condo was perfect with the choice of driving, trolley (right outside front door or walking). And of course the parking pass was key to always getting great parking spots for our beach day. Our only issue was the standing water all around the property. This is the fault of Mother Nature. We were told by locals that amount of rain was not normal, and there was actually some minor flooding in the area during our stay, and large puddles we had to dodge in and out of the condo and parking lot. This made the mosquitos extremely bad as well. On the rain plus side the back covered patio was awesome to sit and listen to the storms roll through and we did that almost every night. Recommend to all

Excellent Host

My family and I enjoyed our recent long weekend at the property. The townhouse was updated, clean and comfortable. A special shout out to David, the host, who was extremely responsive and accommodating.

Great Girl's Weekend Getaway

The home was pristine, well-organized and decorated beautifully! We loved spending time in the screened-in porch. We enjoyed walking to the beach and also to dinner- so many conveniences all around! The owner was very responsive and ensured all was going well during our stay. Will definitely be back!!

Great vacation rental

Our family had a relaxing vacation in Bethany Beach. David was very helpful and responsive as a host. I especially enjoyed drinking my coffee each morning in the screened in porch. The location is close to many attractions and having a parking pass for the beach was very convenient.

One of the best in Bethany

This place is an absolute gem and the interaction with the owners is seamless and very pleasant. Importantly, the property is exactly as advertised. It is clean and has everything you need, and close to the beach! It always provides a fantastic experience, which is why we like to return year after year. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach getaway!

David’s property was perfect for our beach vacation! It was so well equipped from kitchen & beach supplies to toiletries & board games. Seamless check in/out process and great communication. We hope to return again soon!

Wonderful Location!

We enjoyed our stay at The Beach House. David checked in with us frequently and was extremely prompt with responses to inquiries we had. We did rent towels based on his recommendations but brought our own linens. The kids loved the bunk beds and the queen/king beds were quite comfortable. Appliances are newer and in great condition, we especially loved the washer/dryer. We visited the pool daily which was never super busy and very clean. Bethany Beach is located within walking, biking or driving distance with plenty of restaurants and parking available. We visited other beaches throughout the week as well (Dewey and Fenwick) which was nice to mix up! DiFebo’s restaurant and market are within walking distance as well as a wawa convenience store for anything quick, as well as a diner and an awesome seafood restaurant called Off the Hook. We would highly recommend this beach house for great memories and a relaxing time!

Loved It!

This was our second stay at this house. Our two boys specifically asked to return this summer and we are so glad we did. Like last time, the house was clean, well-appointed, and so cozy. We loved coming home at night after a long day of beach activities to the quiet property and the smell of pine trees. The pool was so refreshing we loved how close we were to all of our favorite shops and restaurants. The owners were extremely responsive and proactively reached out to check in. Another great experience and a memorable week with family!

Just perfect

This was the perfect spot for our family of six. Our teenagers enjoyed the freedom they had to walk safely to local shops and restaurants. Our four year old loved the pool, backyard and riding the trolley to the beach. The house was very comfortable, beautifully updated and immaculate when we arrived. This isn’t your typical rental house - everything is high-end and thoughtful. We will be back!

Perfect home away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants, ECT. Yet away from the center of the busy beach town, so it was a quiet place to retreat & relax! We really appreciated the beach chairs and bicycles provided. House is beautifully decorated and well stocked! Thanks for providing a wonderful place for us to bring our girls on a beach vacation!

Stress-free family getaway at the beach

My family of 6 loved this property! Clean and beautifully decorated. Located in a friendly, quiet community with an awesome pool. Lovely well-appointed kitchen with new appliances. Everything we needed for the beach was provided and the town parking pass made getting to the beach so easy. Wawa, Rita's, several restaurants right across the road was extremely convenient and we weren't bothered by the traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

We had everything we needed here, from a well equipped kitchen to bikes for us to use. The place was spotless and cozy. I liked that we were so close to everything, yet it was quiet as well.

Perfect Family Rental!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The house itself exceeded our expectations! The house was clean, the decor was attractive, the technology was current, the extras inside and out were so appreciated, and our boys were thrilled with their room of bunk beds!!! The location was so convenient…close enough to enjoy all that Bethany Beach has to offer, but far enough away for some quiet. The property manager was communicative and very helpful. We sooo enjoyed our stay and will happily return!

We live in Pittsburgh, PA, with our two beach-loving boys. We have been vacationing at the Villas of Bethany Beach for the past twenty+ years and just love it!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose to buy this townhouse for two reasons. First, we love Bethany Beach. We love the fact that it is family- oriented, quiet and relaxing. Secondly, we love the Villas of Bethany Beach due to the location. We love riding our bikes to the beach, walking to WaWa for coffee, using the community pool, crabbing in the nearby salt pond, playing tennis, riding the trolley (for only a quarter!)and walking to our favorite (and Bethany's top restaurant), Off the Hook.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We enjoy our townhouse because of the comfort. We know that you will feel right at home! The built-in bunk beds in the kid's bedroom allow 4 children to sleep comfortably. The 3 season room provides a nice place to relax while looking out onto a well-manicured yard.
