Parking Fees & Rules:
● Automobile: $23.33 per stay (up to 30 days)
● Motorcycle: $11.85 per stay (up to 30 days)
● Boat Trailer Parking & Boat Dock Access: $287.62 per stay (up to 30 days)
○ Authorization from STS Management is required prior to arrival.
● Each unit can have up to 2 vehicles within the gated area.
● Additional vehicles must also be registered; however, they must park outside the gated areas in the commercial parking lot along Joan Avenue.
● Digital permits are required for all vehicles, including those parked in the commercial lot.
● Vehicles without a digital permit may be towed without warning.

Things to Note:
- The individual booking must be 25+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: pets, smoking, vaping, parties, unauthorized guests, etc.
- Quiet hours are 10PM-8AM.
