The living room also contains a well-equipped wet bar with beverage fridge and bar tools. The perfect place to mix up a cold beverage and hang out in the seating area. You will love the warmth of the wood burning fireplace during colder nights. Doesn’t matter if its rainy or cold out, there is plenty space to be entertained!

Off the living room, enjoy limitless views of the lake while taking in the comfy sunroom. There is no better spot to see the kids having fun off the dock, sit down and relax with a great book, play a game of poker, enjoy a favorite beverage or simply catch a nap.

*Kitchen and Dining*
When you're not making a splash, cook out on the deck (you can’t ask for a better view for grilling) or entertain in our fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar. Toaster, blender dishwasher, cookware etc. All the supplies you need for a wonderful family meal…just bring your own ingredients. Wood’s grocery store is just minutes away. There is plenty of counter space to prepare and serve like a pro. There is a dining table for 4 and counter seating for 4, with additional seating for 4 on the sunroom table.

*Outdoor Space*
This home has a place for everyone! Can we talk about the dock. Everything you need. Dock bar with fridge and freezer, plenty of shaded seating, great fans for a breeze and you won't get the kids off the water slide and jump platforms. If it rains, do not worry! Take your party to the lower covered deck where you can relax on the Adirondack chairs and listen to the sound of rain! When you are looking to lounge in the sun, the best spot is the lakeside martini deck. Don't want bugs, head to the screened in sunroom. Speaking of bugs...The house is on the lake in a wooded setting. We treat outside and inside the house for bugs regularly, but there will always be bugs. To help minimize bugs, we recommend that you keep doors closed whenever possible and keep the porch and dock lights off when not needed.

*Bedrooms*
The home contains 2 spacious primary suites (1 with attached bathroom) with a private balcony that has cove and main channel views Perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or catch the beautiful sunrise.
1 additional room with bunk beds and a queen are perfect for kids as well as adults! The couch pulls out into a bed larger than a queen for extra sleeping.

*Location*
One of the many highlights of this home!!! The home is just a few minutes from shopping, groceries, dining, bars, spa, golf, mini golf, marinas, go-karts, wineries, etc. Anything you plan to do at the lake, can be easily accessed from this home by land or by water.
