This 2BR/2BA downtown Naples condo is located on the ground floor of a resort style building, and has all the comforts of home with the amenities of a hotel including a shared pool and spa. Your open concept getaway has a quiet elegance, and both bedrooms are suite-style for added privacy. Relax on your screened patio, or at the lively on site Claw Bar, where you can drink and dine, inside or poolside.
The spacious living room offers plenty of room to kick back and relax. A beautiful leather couch and two chairs offer comfortable seating, while you are enjoying a quiet night in, watching a movie on the 55 inch smart tv.
The chef in you will enjoy the spacious kitchen with top of the line stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar that seats 3.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 32 inch flat screen tv. The en-suite bathroom has a spacious granite vanity, walk-in shower and a walk-in closet area.
The second bedroom has 2 twin size extra long beds and a flat screen tv. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
A private screened patio off the living room offers garden courtyard views and a dining table for four. Enjoy breakfast on the patio before you take off to explore, or you may want to relax by the community pool and whirlpool spa, where you can get a private cabana and bar service.
Guest amenities include unassigned parking for two cars in the outdoor lot, an in-unit full size stackable washer/dryer, gym access, cable tv and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Your vacation home will also be professionally cleaned and ready for you to relax and have some fun! You will also find that we supply you with a limited supply of paper products, towels, linens, amenity size soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We are available 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, if you have any issue that can not wait until the next day please call us.
