This device is in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests and neighbors. We want to make it clear that we never entered the unit unannounced. Our intention was to reconnect the noise-aware device that you unplugged even though it was noted in the rules it should not be disconnected at any time. We attempted to contact you through several texts, emails, and calls before coming to the unit, as we respect your privacy and understand the importance of providing notice before entering. We apologize for any misunderstanding and any inconvenience this may have caused. Your feedback is important to us, and we will use it to ensure better communication and service in the future. We hope this clarifies the situation, and we appreciate your understanding.

The construction in the neighborhood has created problems for Spectrum and we are sorry that it affected your stay. This property has excellent wifi usually. Of course, our cleaning crew places a premium on prepping the property at our high standards of cleanliness, but usually we meet those standards timely. I'm sorry we were not done and that our team did not welcome you into the home at your appointed time. That is our protocol that guests can access even if we are not done with the cleaning. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated this fantastic property.
