Be one of the firsts to enjoy to enjoy this beautifully renovated and decorated property. This home has been used for private use exclusively for the past 10+ years! 5 bedrooms and two full baths leave enough space for the whole family to spread out. A luxury heated saltwater pool with 8ft Baja shelf will keep you and your guests entertained day and night. Park up to 6 cars and walk just 3 blocks to all the fun that Jenkinson's beach and boardwalk has to offer! WEEKLY RENTALS ARE FRIDAY TO FRIDAY; cleaning fees included in nightly rate! Check-in 3PM; Checkout 10AM.

Patti was nice, accommodating, and the warm pool turned potential disaster (closed swimming - riptides) into a fun enjoyable week for the whole family. The rental was clean and perfect for our family. While the pool area became the center of swimming, games and conversation, the elevated deck became the meal hub.A good time had by all!

This was the perfect home to accommodate our whole family 4 couples, three grandkids and one great-grandparent. The pool was the highlight of our stay with more time logged there than on the beach given three grandkids aged 3, 1, and 6 months. The house had everything we needed and Patti was a terrific host.

Great house great location

We enjoyed our stay in Point Pleasant. Lots to do and house location was great. Patti was excellent to communicate with on any issues or questions. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely spacious home for a large family!

My family had a wonderful time in the pool and enjoyed the house as well. It was close to the boardwalk and close to the town. It was perfect.

Great Vacation!

This house was perfect for our family's vacation. We had dinner on the deck almost every night with the grill right there! The house was clean and well equipped. Patti was very responsive and went out of the way to meet our needs. We definitely would go back to this house again.

Amazing and memorable holiday weekend!

We loved staying at Patti’s over the July 4th holiday. She was communicative from the start and helped us get everything ready for the stay. The house itself was wonderful. It had a large and welcoming common area and kitchen - perfect for big families. The pool area was where we spent most of our day. The pool, lounge chairs and umbrellas felt like a hotel! The outdoor deck with grill made it so convenient to enjoy lunch and then hop back into the pool. We ran into a few small issues and Patti responded to us right away. While the house has two bathrooms, there is an additional full bathroom on the same level as the pool which was great to accommodate all of us. Thank you so much, Patti!

Family Fun at the Jersey Shore

The home is beautiful BUT one of the things that impressed me most was that this home is incredibly functional for a family traveling with young children. We had a 2 yr old with us, so the built-in gate at the top of the stairs was perfect. There is also a gate provided to block the bottom of the stairs. There are changing tables throughout. You can tell safety is a priority for this host, even when you go outside to enjoy the backyard and the pool, even the second floor deck is gated. The appliances worked perfectly, the beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms had wonderful closets to store suitcases and bulkier items, so they're out of the way. The additional bathroom off the pool came in especially handy when us ladies were monopolizing the two bathrooms inside the living quarters. Communication with the host is excellent. Patti was quick to respond to questions and always willing to help if and when needed. I never felt like I was interrupting or annoying her, she was eager to be of service. The only con I can think of would be that you do have to bring your own linens, which was rather inconvenient when you're traveling in from TX. That being said, there are local companies that rent them out, so we were able to get what we needed. The quality of the linens really surprised me too, they were actually awesome. We were already discussing which week we should all go back next summer, it's that special.
