When you book this house, you'll receive eight SHARC passes for you and your loved ones to enjoy. Sunriver Resort offers numerous entertaining shared amenities, including heated indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, waterslides, and sports facilities.

This spectacular escapade boasts a welcoming open floor plan on the second level featuring high vaulted ceilings, wooden accents throughout, and a partially carpeted floor. Make yourself at home and spread out comfortably in the inviting living area, furnished with snug sofas strategically located in front of a wood-burning fireplace and a huge smart TV with streaming and cable services. Curl up in front of the warmth of the fireplace to host entertaining movie nights or catch up on your favorite series. This is also a fantastic spot to play board games with family and friends! When mealtime comes, surprise your guests with a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials to channel your inner chef. This area opens onto a private balcony with seating and tree-lined views. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
