Really enjoyed our stayed. Having the options of bikes available really came in handy, our kids loved playing in the garage and we appreciate how quickly the host was able to help resolve some small issues in the beginning. Would certainly stay here again

We loved staying at this property. The home was warm and cozy and the hosts made sure they provided everything we needed for a fun filled stay. It was so nice that they provided enough bikes in the right size for all of us. The hot tub was a nice way to end the day and the access to the SHARC Recreation Facility was a real plus. The home is close to the Village and Ft. Rock Park. We highly recommend this property for a future stay. Excellent for families.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to cancel our trip due to smoke (150+ AQI for 3 days in the row) to protect my children and elder mother's lungs. There is a wildfire nearby with wind direction that was changing especially in hot temperature. I decided to stay in to avoid risk of being trapped in with wildfires. I understand that i lose entire money and wished I could have at least vacation credit because I definitely want to visit someday... but I was turned off and lose everything. So, I will not suggest my friends and relatives to rent from this company.

Because you were unable to travel to Sunriver, we're sorry that you didn't have the opportunity to experience the home and its amenities firsthand. We understand how disappointing it is to cancel a long-awaited vacation, especially when traveling with children and older family members. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second vacation in this clean, roomy, well-equipped home. We appreciated the new sofa sectional this year and always the kitchen with a variety of cooking, bbq and baking utensils. We loved dinners on the deck watching the deer and the bikers ride by. Good A/C. Sunset was very prompt (the same morning) in their response to fix a bike- bringing a replacement of the same size since the bike needed to be taken off-site for the repair. Two things the owner may wish to consider: replacing several of the old existing bikes and getting newer ones for the 9-12-year-old age range. Also, the master bed is extremely soft. We do appreciate a cushioned mattress, but this one is not supportive and one of us ended up sleeping on the floor. Aside from this, the home was great. Thanks Sunset for being accessible and so prompt with the bike replacement!

Really good vacation

Great location. Lot's of light in the great room and well stocked. Although, could use a little updating (please a new dishwasher) I would go back again and again.

girls getaway

Everything was outstanding. Very nice location, right near bike path. House very spacious, comfortable furniture and very welcoming. We only wished the hot tub was a little hotter for our aching muscles. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Clean and close to the park/Pickleball courts

We stayed with our kids here and had a wonderful time. The kitchen is stocked well with pans/pots and baking utensils. The house was clean and cozy and we loved sitting outside on the back patio. There are a lot of bike options at this house. We very much enjoyed our time here.

Great Family Vacation Home

Great spot on bike path and close to park, sharc, and village. Summer stay and it was hot so we asked for extra fans for the house as it doesn't have air conditioning. Kitchen was well stocked.

Well stocked house in great location

This house really raises the bar in terms of amenities. Kitchen had all the equipment plus pantry staples. Pebble ice machine in the fridge was a fun bonus. It was cold the week we visited so the switch operated gas fireplace was great. Plenty of bikes (in good working order, which is not always the case at rentals). Comfy beds. My only feedback to owners would be to add curtains or switch out the blinds in the upstairs bedrooms for something that blocks a little more light in the summer when the sun starts to rise at 5am. We hope to return.

Everything that's important in a vacation rental was there: well equipped kitchen, beautiful floor plan, super clean, etc. My only suggestion is that serious thought be given to replacing mattresses. To the person, each one of us felt that the mattress on our beds were not very comfortable. Certainly not a deal breaker, but something to consider.

Conifer 6

The house was nice and loved the location but the hot tub jets didn’t work and the service guy came but didn’t do anything. There was a stain in the middle of the living room on the carpet every dish that we pulled out to use we had to wash because it had a slimy film on them . And the upstairs toilet constants ran . But others then those things we had a good stay.
