Phoenix East II's building recoating project is scheduled to begin in mid-August 2025 and run through December 15, 2025.
Construction activity including pressure washing and some noise during authorized work hours (7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday).
Visible ropes and wires from swing stages in front of south-facing balconies.
No entry into the unit will be required by contractors.
Balcony access will remain available, though workers may be present on swing stages.
The project is weather-dependent, and dates may shift slightly.

This condo has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation including Free Wi-Fi! You'll love the beautiful views from both the living room and the kitchen! PLEASE NOTE: The sofa is not a sleeper** The living room has a sliding glass door entrance to your gulf front balcony, equipped with a patio table with 4 chairs!
You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. With a handicap-accessible zero-entry outdoor pool on the Gulf, a SPLASH PAD for the kids and a beautiful pool deck for your enjoyment. If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. We provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to use! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!
A king size bed and a new 50" flat screen television await you in the master bedroom! There are two queen sized beds in the 2nd bedroom, one queen sized bed in the 3rd bedroom, and 43" Smart televisions for your enjoyment in each (linens are provided). A FULL SIZE washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.
Within the building, a fitness center, indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna are extra nice on rainy days. But when that sun is shining, you’ve got easy access to the sand via the beach walkway, an amazing zero-entry outdoor pool surrounded by lounge chairs and picnic tables, and a fun splash pad with seating under a shaded pavilion. Grill some lunch in the picnic area and serve it poolside to your crew. With basketball and tennis/pickleball courts, there’s entertainment for everyone at Phoenix East II. ALSO, Perdido Beach Resort is right next door, so you can walk up (from the beach) for drinks, ice cream and pizza! And, there is a very upscale restaurant inside of Perdido Beach Resort for date night! And, there are other restaurants nearby in San Roc Cay shopping center to try out as well!
