Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! Ken went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—both before our arrival and throughout our time there. His hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this property on the beautiful Leech Lake!

This is one of the nicest condos we have stayed at in the Walker area. Very clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the beach and harbor. Check in was easy and Ken responded quickly to any questions.Having the amenities of Horseshoe Bay resort (beach toys/harbor/restaurant) was an added bonus. The only downside was that the pool and hot tub could definitely use a good cleaning.

Horseshoe Bay Delightful

Very comfortable accommodations. The deck is my favorite spot to sit and have my coffee! It has a gorgeous view of the bay and Leech lake.

Great vacation rental

Spacious condo which met all of our expectations. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. The kitchen was clean and well organized. We have family with cabin at Stoney Pointe so didn't use lodge amenities, but beach was well kept, nice view of lake from balcony.

A Great Minnesota Getaway!

Everything about our stay was great! It was nicely decorated and clean. We loved the screen on the deck that allowed us to have morning coffee and evening drinks on the swing. Easy access to our boat in the harbor and the bar/restaurant on the property made everything very convenient. We also enjoyed the popcorn machine!

Leach Lake Condo

The condo was part of a well-managed resort. Grounds were well kept and we had access to all of the amenities. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was good.

Great Property for a Family Vacation

We have been vacationing at Horseshoe Bay Lodge for almost 40 years. Over this time we have rented cabins and various VRBOs. The VRBO we stayed at this year was one of the best. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions we had. The property was very clean and the 3BR and 2 bath unit suited our family of 8 very well. We will definitely be staying there again for future vacations.

Rest and Relaxation

This spacious condo overlooks Horseshoe bay. Really nice peaceful setting! We had everything we needed to cook meals in the large kitchen. Our family appreciated the nice furniture- large dining table, reclining chairs, balcony table and chairs, porch swing., and comfortable beds. Beach and boat access is right there, Restaurant was good too. We would stay here again!

Up North Get-Away

This was a beautiful condo located on a great northern MN lake with amazing views in a quiet bay. Sunrises were amazing! The condo was spacious for the 6 of us; could have easily accommodated at least 2 more people. We enjoyed games, dining in, long walks, and great shopping in Walker (about 20 minutes away). Note that this condo is on the 2nd floor with stairs only; we had one elderly person who struggled a bit and didn't realize this in advance. Also, check before booking to see if the noted amenities at the resort (pool/hot tub) are in season/being maintained.

Luxury on Leech Lake

We just spent a wonderful, relaxing week at Horseshoe Bay Resort on Leech Lake. Our condo was perfect for our group. To start, the entire place was very clean and nicely decorated. All of the furniture, from the beds to the living room recliners to the balcony swing, were quality, comfortable items that added to the enjoyment of the week. The kitchen was roomy enough for multiple cooks and well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The gas grill on the balcony looks brand new and was convenient for our grilling needs. The balcony was where we spent most of our time (when we weren’t on the water). The view is spectacular and the added touches of a retractable bug net and the table top gas fireplace made the time spent even more enjoyable. The resort bar/restaurant is only about 100 yards away and they had friendly staff, good food, and live music on Friday and Saturday nights. Add in the convenient laundry available in the room, the nice sand beach, and a flat yard for outdoor games and it truly made for an amazing week. I can’t imagine a better condo setup is available on Leech Lake.

We live in Eagan, MN and purchased this property in April of 2024. We love Northern Minnesota, and have a strong connection to the Walker area since Anita's family has vacationed here since the late '60s.

The sunrise view is stunning and we love looking out onto the lake from the swing on our balcony.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

It's so spacious that it accommodates a family or a few couples really well. Having resort amenities like the bar/restaurant, indoor pool and sauna make it a great place throughout the year. (Note: there are a few weeks in the fall and spring when both are closed so please check with us during those time periods.)
