Enjoy this spacious waterfront home on the south side of Pelican Island with wide open water views of Barnegat Bay. Crabbing, boating, and incredible sunsets make this a great spot for the family. Quiet and peaceful but close to all the action. Only 2 mile drive to Seaside Hgts boardwalk and to Seaside Park beaches. Island Beach State Park minutes away.
Large kitchen with all amenities. 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Small work area upstairs and small playroom downstairs. The oversized LivingRoom/DiningRoom area with stunning views of the bay and sunsets will be the central hub for the family to gather and enjoy vacation time. Small deck outside to relax and enjoy the baybreeze or watch the sunset. Open yard for lawn games (cornhole included). Plenty of free parking.
Boardwalk provides ample opportunities for games, rides, mini-golf, and restaurants. Additional restaurants available up and down the strip and to the west in Toms River. Crab traps provided with the house so grab some bait and you can catch and cook your next meal.
Beach badges provided (Seaside Park)
Towels, linens are provided and washer and dryer are on the premises

My family and i had a wonderful stay, right on the water! Lots of room and plenty of fun, crab traps and all! Very convenient to the beach and boardwalk! Love the Jersey Shore!!!

Great house & location

The house is well renovated & stocked with about everything you could need Insane view just could have used some lounge chairs to enjoy it! Would surely visit again

In town to see family

What a great place to stay! Very clean exactly at pictures great sunsets and lots of room. Loved being right on the water! Close to bridge and boardwalk and beaches! Would stay again

Lovely stay over Thanksgiving

The house was beautiful. Some of the family stayed in this house, and the rest stayed in a larger house on the north side of Pelican Island (where we had Thanksgiving dinner). This house was perfect for our family!

Great Family Vacation

Great location, great home, really relaxing vibe, everyone was very happy with the place. It was important to have a ground floor bedroom (there were 2) and not many steps to get into property. (There were 3 steps) Cannot fault the place.

The property was on a stunning piece of land. The rooms were well furnished. The only issue was ants all over the kitchen and a dead mouse in the outside garbage can we had to use.

John, So glad you liked the house.. We were aware of the ant issue and that is not typical. It was explained to us that can happen if it is a rainy spring. So we had the exterminator out just before your stay to remedy the issue. Exterminator explained that the treatment may have driven the ants out of nests and made them more present. So sorry you had to deal with that and I would be happy to make it up to you if you are interested. I reached out to you during your stay to check in and inform you of the exterminator. Jim

AMAZING SUNSETS!!!

Super cute cottage. Sitting out on the water was far and away my favorite. Spacious kitchen, and play room for kids were nice bonuses. Easy check in and check out. Big grass yard for kids to play and lots of parking. Marina is right around the corner for our boat. Will definitely stay again

Amazing views of the bay from almost every room and just 2 mins to ocean!

We enjoyed our stay in this homey rental that provided everything needed for a great stay! Enjoyed sitting on the porch gazing at the water and the delightful breeze from the bay! Hosts were responsive and welcoming. Also enjoyed the convenience of the location - minutes to beach, park, shopping and restaurants. Amenities like beach chairs, umbrella, beach tags, beach towels laundry soap were very much appreciated. Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing family home

Beautiful house in a great location with amazing views!! It was a very clean, comfortable, and well equipped home. 100% felt like we were staying with family. This house offered several areas to spread out and for quiet sleeping. It was so refreshing to stay in one of the remaining original homes on the island. This home has tons of charming character and truly honors the past with craftsmanship now longer found. Very close to Seaside & Toms River with awesome restaurants and shopping close by.

Lovely view

This house was a delight, right on the bay with the best view of the sunset. The rooms were a good size with an open, airy feel. It was very clean and well equipped with just about anything you would need. Four of us stayed the whole time but we had several visitors who enjoyed sitting on the side deck and taking in the view of the bay and the wonderful breeze that was present most of the time. Some of our granddaughters visited us and loved the large raft we tied down so they could just float around. Crabbing, fishing and the boardwalk were favorite activities. A comfortable and enjoyable house for all ages. We highly recommend a stay at this delightful shore home.
