Upon entering this charming home away from home, you are greeted by a spacious open floor plan with cheery wall colors and tile floors throughout. Spread out comfortably in the air-conditioned living area and read a favorite book or stream entertaining shows and movies on the smart TV. The galley-style kitchen boasts all the essentials so you can channel your inner chef and surprise your guests with exquisite homemade meals and treats. Pocketing sliding glass doors lead to your Florida room, where you will enjoy your morning coffee as you plan the day. From here, you can easily access the home's extensive enclosed backyard boasting a covered outdoor dining area and a gas grill - perfect for summertime barbecues! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
