This week was not a good experience at the Boardwalk Resort. All the rugs (bathroom, living room, etc) in the unit are dirty, some of the comforters have stains on them, the kitchen sink sprayer is broken, the kitchen sink drain cover is broken, the kitchen trash can is broken, the floors were dirty, there was only one dish towel, no sheet pans, pantry area was very dirty, there was a short shower curtain in middle bathroom that didn't even go below the tub line so the water would be all over the floor, plastic molding in master bedroom shower door was broken so water sprayed out onto the floor, and the elevators weren't working at some point. We contacted the company about a toilet issue we were having and they never addressed it. This was the 2nd day we were there. We had to use zip ties to attach the chain so we could use the toilet. This was listed as recently being updated and renovated in early 2026. There was nothing that looked that way other than maybe paint on the walls.We were literally disgusted the whole time we were there. The place we normally stayed was booked so we had to settle. NEVER AGAIN!
