This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

First time in PCB!

Property was great! I wish there had been more pots and utensils to cook with, but we made do. A couple of the cabinets were broken, so we didn't use those. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this location a few times now and absolutely love it here! The customer service is outstanding. The condo we had initially reserved had something happen before our stay and they reached out promptly to let us know and set us up in a different unit. The location is beautiful right on the beach! There are 5 elevators so wait time to come up or go back down is minimal. We will definitely continue to come back.

The floors were clearly not mopped. The tiles were dirty. The washing machine and Dryer were horribly smelly and old. The outside chairs were terribly disappointing. Iron, rusty chairs. You could relax outside with a beautiful view. The couch and chair in the living room looked like they had not been steam cleaned ever. The thin quilt on the king bed looked very dirty. There was no Pot Holders to pull the one baking sheet from the oven. It just was ok. The pool was nice and the beach access was great. Oh and the dishwasher had a ton of water on the inside bottom. I refused to use it. I hand washed every thing we used. The coffee pot is very outdated and I had to scrub that as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Boardwalk Beach Resort is amazing. Me and my family have stayed there mutliples times over the last 8 years. This condo is decent to say the best, table outside is old and rusty, couch is a pull out couch with zero support. Master Bed was horrible and very rough to sleep on. I would not stay at this condo again due to the comfort and the dated decor. Pool security guards could be a little nicer,

The condo was not what was pictured. It was old and outdated. The condo smelled like mildew. The bed linens had sand on them. It was like no one had washed the sheets at all. In the guest bedroom the closet door was off and propped up against the wall. The walls had stains on them. Looked like someone had spilled something and it was not cleaned up at all. Once again the smell was just awful!! No candle, no mopping, no cleaning could get that old musky smell out of the condo! Just so old and so outdated!! Not worth the price we paid!!!

Condo stay thoughts

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and has a great ocean view. There were a few issues that may be specific to the unit we rented that you should consider addressing:- Some of the light and fan switches need to be relabeled. We couldn’t get a few of the lights to work in the second bedroom.- Second bedroom did not cool well but the rest of the unit did.- Master bed was way too soft for our taste.- TV remote is worn out and needs to be replaced (cable remote was good).- The kitchen was minimally stocked with dishes and flatware/utensils compared to other places we’ve been.Otherwise:- Pool and beach access were great.- Check in/out is easy and streamlined well. - Security was very good and the guards are all very friendly.I would recommend the overall property to friends but maybe not this specific unit number. I only stayed in this unit here so have no comparison to the others in the building.

Disappointing choice of unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this complex for 5 years in a row and we will never book this unit again. Upon opening the door we were hit with a mold/musty smell. I tried getting us a different unit but that took days for a potential resolution and it would’ve been to the 2nd floor. We had already invested in an air purifier and thankfully did not get sick at that point from whatever it was. It took over 24hrs for the refrigerator to get fully cold. It’s as if the owner turns the AC off or way down unless someone is there and could be the root of the smell. The outdoor furniture is not what was pictured. It was very uncomfortable and smaller. There were only two barstools instead of the 4 that were pictured. The dining table only has two chairs and we are a family of three. That left the awful furniture outside to have a family meal together. The kitchen cookware looked like it was whatever used items that could be picked up at the local Goodwill and it was minimal at that. Management did what they could but shame on the owner of this property (who from what I can tell has been at it for years) for not providing the quality that this unit deserves. The complex itself is what made our trip tolerable. Also, why would you not leave your guests a vacuum?
