Steps to restaurants and bars.

On a free bus route to the base area and downtown (comes by every 10 minutes)

Parking lot (2 spaces unassigned) - RVs, campers, trailers, etc., are not allowed in the lot or on the street per the neighborhood HOA.

No smoking or pets allowed.

Enter Ski Trail 102, which is on the ground level, from the parking lot with no stairs required. The door has a keyless lock. You will be provided a door code 48 hours before your arrival. The entryway opens to a cozy living room with two couches, a coffee table, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV with cable and streaming services.

The dining room seats 4, so your whole group can dine together or play one of the many games inside the condo. The living room has two separate couches, one that pulls out into a sofa bed. The large flat-screen TV is located right above the gas fireplace, making it the perfect spot to watch a movie or your favorite sports game.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home and cook all of your favorite meals.

Past the entry area is a hallway that leads to both bedrooms.

Straight ahead is the Guest Bedroom, which has a full-over-full bunk bed. The full-over-full bunk bed is great for any group of friends, kids, or adults! A closet includes a box fan and a humidifier for your convenience.

The Main Bedroom is on the left side of the hallway and has an ensuite bathroom. The Main bathroom features a tub/shower combination and a single sink. The Main Bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a small desk area for remote working. Plenty of pillows, a humidifier, and a box fan ensure comfort.
