This unit has been updated with new kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, 3 premium mattresses, 1 king, and 2 queens. New smart TVs with beautiful clean pictures, no shortcuts have been taken with the top of the line linens for your comfort. Sit on your lanai and see the beautiful beach or wander just steps to see the beautiful sunsets. If you are looking for your vacation to be on the best beach and have the most beautiful sunsets, then you are in luck.
The beach is just waiting for you to sit with your toes in the white flour like sand, be kissed by the sun, and watch the beauty of the waves as they roll in on the private beach. You can take the free trolley to all the restaurants and shopping for just a tip if you desire. You will not be disappointed. Welcome to Paradise! If you want to enjoy the sugar-white sand of Crescent Beach, shop or just relax by the pool, Crescent Arms has what you need.
Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, Crescent Arms offers something for everyone, each 2-bedroom/2-bath vacation rental is individually owned and decorated and is equipped with Wi-Fi, cable television, generous closet space, a lanai or glassed-in porch and a fully-furnished kitchen.
This unit Features:
Beach front property! Easy access on and off the Island! No loading up a car or crossing streets just walk out of the building onto the sand! 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom. Sleeps up to 6 people. Screened in lanai with patio furniture. Full kitchen, dining area, Tv in each room with free Wi-Fi.
Shared resort amenities:
Heated pool, Private Beach, BBQ area with gas grills. Beach chairs provided. Beach personnel you can rent an umbrella from. Beach towels included o Bed linens and bath towels included. We do not have a linen service if you would like fresh linen you will have to wash them. Coin operated laundry in the tower buildings. Villas have washers and dryers in the garage.
NO GOLF CARTS, Trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, boats If you want to enjoy the sugar-white sand of Crescent Beach, shop or just relax by the pool, located directly on the beach side of Midnight Pass Road, we offer something for everyone: Wi-Fi, cable television, generous closet space, a lanai or glassed-in porch and a fully furnished kitchen. Major issues and management didn't care.

Most disappointed and will not return! We were not told in advance or offered any discount for the inconvenience that they pressure washed and painted our building during our visit. The patio was unusable and the lift they used had a backup alarm that sounded non-stop all day from morning to night. This also could be heard clearly from the beach. We called the management to see what could be done as we wished to cancel or at least receive some compensation. They were unresponsive to email, phone calls and voicemails. The condo on the 1st floor was under construction and the center of the building is open from floor to floor so all construction noise travels up the center of the building. Most of the time we had to escape because even being in the condo was quite stressful. As far as the accommodations; it was clean but could use a 100 "Costco upgrade" to purchase more than one dishcloth & dishtowel, some new bath towels and a set of matching wine glasses. Most of the dishware felt like we were using those left behind by other renters. Positive note, the water pressure was good. Overall, completely dissatisfied, look for other options as the management does not care.

Hello Kevin, we are sorry about the inconveniences that you had during your stay with us. As you know Siesta key was hit with 2 Hurricanes one being a direct hit. Between the 2 hurricanes there was damage thorough the area and flooding. We understand that you were inconvenienced during your stay however the noise was from needed repairs due to damage from the Hurricanes. The beeping noise is a safety feature for the lift that the contractors were using. During your stay we were in contact with you. We even discussed the issues in our office, and I explained that this is an unusual circumstance due to the hurricane damage and that this is out of my hands since I have no control over mother nature. I did talk to the contractors during your stay with us to limit the noise as much as they possibly could. As far as compensation you DID receive compensation for the inconvenience while all other renters here during the time you stayed, were understanding of the hurricane repairs and were grateful for all we have done to get the property back together as best as we could for their vacation with us. As far as the small issues you had inside of the unit, you made no mention of those problems while you were here. If you would have notified us about those issues, we would have been able to resolve any issues that you might have had. I am sorry that you were upset during your stay. Thank you for your understanding of the needed repairs due to the damage we had from the hurricanes.
