The newly remodeled 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Cabana sleeps up to six people. The spacious Master bedroom features a plush king mattress with an attached master bathroom, a high definition flat-screen TV, and plenty of closet space. The Guest bedroom features two full-size beds, high definition flat-screen TV, and ample closet space. The comfortable living area is perfect for all your entertaining needs! It is fully furnished with plenty of seating, a 60 Inch high definition flat screen TV, and a large dining area. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for in-suite dining. Our owners love to entertain so you’ll never need to worry about sufficient glassware or cookware. The enclosed Lanai features outdoor seating, direct beach access and is accessible through the Master Bedroom, Living Room, and Guest Bedroom! Our Recent remodel, features brand new stainless appliances, crown molding, new flooring and tile, fresh paint, new art and all new linens and bedding. It would be hard to discern from new construction. This is truly a slice of heaven and gorgeous place for out of towners or Floridians looking for a “staycation” to spend a week or two with your feet in the sand.

The Cabana is located in a gated community of Crescent Arms, right on Siesta Key Beach, just north of the Stickney Point bridge. The grounds feature a heated swimming pool, clubhouse, private beach with beach lounge chairs provided. This is a great spot to relax and spend time with the family!

The Cabana is available for 7 nights or more. Cleaning fee of $150 is waived if you stay with us for multiple weeks, in a row. Rates vary throughout the year. All guests must be 25 years of age or accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.

Property was a great location. Easy on and off the free trolly to the Siesta Key Village. Condo was clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities to make a meal. Location to a beautiful beach is right down a small walk way. Private beach was lovely. Messages and communication with property manager was easy and were answered right away. We would plan a trip here again!!

The calm after the storm!

We booked our trip prior to the damage that was incurred from Hurricane Helene in Fall 2024. I was truly surprised at how the complex as a whole has recovered from the damage. There were several units still under construction/repair and it did not affect our stay at all. Our unit was recently remodeled and in great condition with just a few minor repairs needed. We spent every day on the beach and had plenty of room for our huge family gathering. This was our third or fourth time staying at Crescent Arms and it has never disappointed!

Great location only footsteps to the beach.

Loved being on the ground floor and could walk right onto the beach. Loved how everything was very secure and gated. Loved being right by the main door for bringing all our stuff in the room. Everything was perfect.

Great accommodations and great vacation

The Cabana was exactly as advertised; clean and accommodating. We loved being on the first floor and having the ability to walk out from the screened in patio down to the beach. With 4 young kids in tow, not having to haul everything to upper levels was quite refreshing. As always the beach and sand are amazing in Siesta and the water temperature very pleasant. We had a great stay and highly recommend staying in this rental!

My husband, myself and our 2 adult children stayed here. It was our first family vacation since our kids were little, and it did not disappoint! Loved that this condo was on the first floor… Just out the lanai door and right to the beach!… Couldn’t have been any better!

Perfect Location

This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable week. With kids, the proximity to the beach was so helpful! We enjoyed evening walks to restaurants and the free trolley was very easy to access from the front gate. The condo was clean and comfortable. Two bathrooms was convenient, but the master shower was a bit small, so everyone used the guest shower when they needed a shower. The property manager was very responsive. Would rent here again.

Wonderful place to stay

The condo is at a great location, we really enjoyed being able to just walk out to the beach from our condo, which was a trade off for a better view, but it was perfect for us. The beach was perfect for my 5-year-old who doesn't know how to swim yet because there is sand bar that creates a shallow wading area. Walking distance to restaurants or trolley picks up from the street to take you to town for free. Condo was nicely updated compared to my family's condos and it had all the home necessities, plus bonus beach stuff like coolers, umbrella, toys and floaties.

Condo was very nice and clean. The lanai was full of sand when we got there. There were large piles along the screen that I had to sweep up. Our screen door had a broken handle when we arrived on Saturday. I messaged the property manager but I didn’t get a response until Monday. It was fixed Tuesday. The washer and dryer are located on the 2nd floor of our 1st floor condo. There was no hamper or laundry bag to carry dirty clothes. The condo above us had loud parties every night. It was a house full of teenagers with no adults. From what I gathered, the parents rented it but stayed in a different condo in a different building and allowed their underage kids to stay alone, unsupervised. They would party until 2:00am. We let the office know about it, but they said there wasn’t much they could do. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and will come back to crescent arms again.

Perfect

The Cabana is perfect. Very clean. This place is literally steps away from the beach and just 0.3 miles from Stickney Pt. Bridge. 1st floor room so no elevator to wait on or stairs to climb. Living space was great for our family of 4. King bed in tbe master and 2 twins in the other room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom too. Kitchen has plenty of plates, bowls cups and cookware. 2 closets have extra things that you may need on your stay but you might overlook while packing. You will not be disappointed with this booking. Rent a pontoon or other boat from CB's and head north past the sarasota bridge and anchor on the sandbar. We. spent hours snorkeling, collecting shells, looking at fish and spotting dolphins. 10/10 vacation booking.

Perfect Location

Couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location. Easy, short walk to the beach. Lounge chairs were provided on the beach, & the well stocked closet had towels, coolers, beach umbrellas, & just about everything else you would want for a beach visit. Very well equipped kitchen. Covered parking area helped keep the car cool in the hot Fl sun. The screened-in patio, with beach view, was a very nice amenity. Secure location. Very pleased & will definitely try to stay here again if/when we are able to return.

Good location, requires 7 day booking

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, well equipped condo. It is on the first floor and practically on the beach. You will need transportation to get to restaurants, stores, shopping, etc. VRBO required us to book a minimum of 7 days.

Nice place but a few complaints- *sliding glass door broke so couldn’t secure unit *only 1 of 3 tv’s working and only able to get one station and couldn’t change channels *master so hard had to purchase a bubble mattress topper!

Great family beach rental

The unit was clean, perfectly stocked (both kitchen and beach gear) and in a great location right on the beach! We loved being on the first floor so our kids could play on the grass. The pool was a big hit, too!

Perfect condo!

We've stayed in several different condos over the years within Crescent Arms. I really liked this one, because it was well stocked with everything we needed, including tons of water toys. Really nice & clean! Absolutely loved being to walk right out from our patio & throw the football with my son in the grassy area right outside! As always the week went too fast, but we all had a great time!

Great location !

This was our first time visiting Siesta Key and it didn’t disappoint ! The location of the condo was perfect for easy access to the beach. We had small child bee and it was very convenient to be able to take toys, etc back easily and quickly. The condo was very clean, decorated nice and had all things needed for cooking and entertaining. We will be back for sure our family had a great week !
