Ubicada a minutos de Laughlin en la cercana propiedad de Mohave Valley, Arizona, la propiedad cuenta con un entorno tipo parque con césped bien cuidado. Hay muchas palmeras acentuadas con luces nocturnas ubicadas en todo el terreno. Nuestra casa también cuenta con un muelle privado, con estacionamiento para barcos y embarcaciones de agua personales.

¡Tienes que ver para creer! Nuestras casas cuentan con aire acondicionado central y calefacción, y están completamente amuebladas e incluyen todos los electrodomésticos, lavadora y secadora, televisores y parrillas de carbón para exteriores. Las casas también tienen una vista increíble del río y las montañas, y están ubicadas a solo unos pies del agua.

Great location close to places to eat, a golf course, and it’s right on the river. We launched our boat (24’ deck boat) at Jack Smith Park and tied it to the dock right out front for the weekend we were there. There is plenty of parking and there is a covered carport as well. The house is spacious and comfortable. The host is fairly quick at getting back to you. The check-in and checkout process is easy.

Awesome River Stay

We love this place! Our family has stayed at this property multiple times over the past few years and we always have a great experience. It’s located on the river with an amazing view and private dock and nice shaded deck. There’s plenty of parking and room to leave your vehicles and trailer without any worries. The inside is always well kept, clean and in good working condition. Can’t wait until our next trip!!

To be honest

This was a great location for me and my family, however, the house was ok. A couple drawers in the kitchen were broken, the toilets didn't flush well, we found pills behind the nightstand in the master bedroom along with other areas of the house that were not cleaned well, light bulbs were missing in some of the lamps and light fixtures. In my honest opinion, some updates need to be made and then the place will be much better. Johnny was responsive and the check in process was easy and well instructed.

We do our best to keep the home in good condition including monthly maintenance, monthly extermination, weekly gardening and sometimes daily cleaning. Often times issues are not reported, therefore not corrected. We appreciate the feedback to help make our rental a positive experience. This information would have been better served to know during the stay so any issues can be immediately corrected allowing for a better review.

Property was very clean, only complaints is there wasnt enough extra blankets and there was only 2 pans to cook with. Perfect spot on the river, yard was very nice. Loved the river view and dock access.

Great home, great trip!

We loved this home, it was perfect for our family and grandkids. The dock was great and we loved that it had a gate and the property was fenced. Plenty of parking, dishes, towels, very comfortable furniture and clean. The neighbors were awesome too! We’ve already booked our next stay. Thank you for a wonderful trip!!!
