(The boat lift is not accessible.) The spacious open-concept living area boasts high ceilings and an abundance of natural light streaming in through skylights and multiple sets of sliders that lead out to the inviting pool deck. Step out on the screened lanai, where you'll find a covered outdoor lounge area with ceiling fans, a built-in gas grill, and a sink, all overlooking the private pool. Situated near Gilchrist Park, Peace River Wildlife Center, and King Fisher Fleet, this home offers easy access to various outdoor activities and attractions.

This vacation rental has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a pool table for entertainment. The chef's kitchen is a dream, with stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, and a convenient breakfast bar for casual dining. Enjoy the convenience of central air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and smart TVs you can use with your own account log-ins. (The fireplace is not operational.) The separate laundry room has a full-size washer/dryer for your swimsuits and an extra fridge if you need more cold food storage. One of the bedrooms even includes a work desk and chair, perfect for those who need to catch up on emails or work remotely. After a day of fun in the sun, refresh in the primary bathroom, which features dual sinks, a garden tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, and direct access to the patio. With step-free access and family-friendly features like a Pack-N-Play and pool safety equipment, this house is perfect for a relaxing getaway with loved ones.

Things to Know

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: Ring doorbell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.

Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Boat lift is not available for guest use and boat docking is not permitted. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
