Florida celebration

This was the perfect spot for my family. We all traveled to Florida from around the country to celebrated the 90th birthday of our family’s matriarch. This home was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and less than 10 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go.It was perfect for us!

Great home in good location

Perfect location in quiet neighborhood but close to Fisherman’s Village and downtown. The home was very clean and beautiful.

Beautiful home. Loved the heated pool.

We had a great time exploring the Punta Gorda area. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was great for our daily walking and cycling excursions. Susan helped make our stay an exceptional one; both she and Jeff were very helpful.

Perfect Place

We stayed here a little over a month and it was amazing! The check in process was easy. The owners checked in on us a few times and was very helpful on giving us info on the house and the town. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was great and lovely to take walks. We loved our time there and look forward to staying there again!

Family time

Me, Husband, his brother & wife, mother in law. Brought our boat the dock was perfect. Great location. Wish the 3rd bath had been accessible from inside. Pool & spa great, kitchen, living space great. We would go back!

Fantastic Home

This home is fully furnished, has all of the amenities, and it's very comfortable. We have stayed at other homes in the area, only to discover the furniture was lacking or uncomfortable, or the A/C couldn't compensate for the heat. Host of other issues with those homes - not this one. We will return. Thanks!

Very convenient to everyplace and pool and hottub were a great way to end every night.

The house looked exactly as advertised. Very roomy. Kitchen was completely stocked with all kitchen gadgets, and seasonings. Bedrooms very roomy. When we were home, we spent 90% of time on lanai in pool and hot tub. Very quiet and private. This vacation was perfect. We celebrated my birthday, 25th anniversary, and niece's baby shower. The price was a bit high for just 2 people, and accommodations were way more than what we needed.. My niece and her fiance joined us for a couple of days, but they weren't expected to contribute to cost. If it is just my husband and I, when we return to punta gorda, we will find someplace smaller and less pricey. If we come with other family and friends, we will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Place to Stay!!!!!!!!

We stayed for a little over a month and had a great time! Carol and Susan were so helpful with any questions we had and super quick to respond. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home!

Great home great locations beautiful property

This was our first time with type of vacation and we could not be more pleased with the home locations. Everything to make us comfortable was there. The outside space was great . The host was very accommodating with all our needs. Will definitely be returning best regards to Susan pennie

The location of the house and the view of the pool area and canal was awesome! The house was as pictured and the beds were very comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet and in close proximity to parks, shopping and restaurants! We enjoyed our stay!

As Great as the First Time

We visited this property in July and loved it so much came back in November. The property is well equipped, every kitchen item you could dream of, and very comfortable. You feel at home as soon as you arrive. The neighborhood was great for daily walks and we found some nice places on the water to have a beverage and watch the sunset - which of course you can also do from the balcony at the house.

Nice Time Away

Home was everything and more. Due to Covid restrictions, we only left for the grocery store, but had a wonderful time relaxing with family. Pool and hot tub were great during the day and played gam s with family in the evening. Fully stocked kitchen as far as cooking and eating needs. B day were firm, but comfortable. Plenty of towels and beach towels as well. Very quiet neighborhood. Would not think twice about staying again.

Perfect COVID Vacation Rental

This property was everything we wanted and more! Beautiful home with a large screened in pool area, on a canal, with lots of shade for those who don't want too much sun. The kitchen was amazingly equipped with every appliance and piece of cooking equipment you could want. We are already talking about coming back for another visit.

The house was very beautiful

Our stay was great - the house was beautiful- the pool was amazing - the neighborhood seemed to be a little older so they weren’t very fond of our fireworks display as we were there for the 4th of July. We did bring 2 boats Which the owner was very accommodating to allow us to bring although there was not adequate trailer parking. We did unhook one of the trailers and left it at the boat ramp as that is what I was told we could do and it was still there when we went to load the boat but we then did see a sign stating no overnight parking so I was very pleased they did not tow it... but that doesn’t go against the house... I still rate them a 5 star because the house was very beautiful and inviting.. The owner Susan was extremely easy to work with.

Beautiful home and location

The house is lovely with an open concept in a beautiful neighborhood. All three bedrooms and the baths were great. The kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances worked as well as the washer and dryer. The home was also very clean and decorated beautifully. We struggled a bit with the spa but Susan was very helpful and we enjoyed using it. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful vacation home!

Beautiful home in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. Lanai and pool provide a beautiful view of the canal. Close proximity to Fisherman’s Village and many great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We fell in love with this home when the front door opened. The soaring ceilings and the view of the water from inside the home knocked our socks off. The close proximity to area activities, restaurants and the downtown area sealed the deal as they say.

We chose this property because of location. We are sailors and wanted to own a home allowing us to jump onto our sailboat from our backyard.
