DRIVE:
NO scary steep windy roads with cliffs on the sides!

CONSTRUCTION:
The cabin is located in a resort community that is still growing so you may encounter construction during the work day. There may be some construction noise until surrounding cabins are completed.

WILDLIFE:
Since the cabin is located in the wilderness area, you will likely see and hear critters. As hard as we try to prevent pests with a comprehensive pest control process and monthly treatments, there may still be visits from 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 100+ legged creatures (i.e. millipedes, ladybugs, flying squirrels, etc) in the cabin. Please help prevent it by closing entry doors when not in use. Lastly, it is not uncommon to encounter wildlife animals, such as bears while staying in cabins in the Smoky Mountains. Please keep your distance. Close your car windows and lock the doors. Do not leave food in the car or unattended outside the cabin.
Guest access
You'll receive a personalized key code for the front door a few days before check-in. Easily park two (2) cars in the driveway to the right of the cabin. Do not park in the driveway to the left as that is designated for the cabin to the left of ours.
Other things to note
IDENTITY / RENTAL AGREEMENT / DEPOSIT:
In order to book this cabin, your identity on the booking platform must be verified (phone number, email, payment information and driver's license). You may be asked to provide a photo of your driver's license as well as sign a rental agreement and provide a security deposit within 24 hours of booking else reservation will be cancelled. Signing the rental agreement and providing the security deposit are required to get the door access code. If the rental agreement is not signed and security deposit is not provided, door access code will NOT be provided and reservation will be cancelled.

ENTRY:
Front door has an electronic keypad in which you will enter your personalized key code. Check in anytime after 4pm ET. Check out is at 10am ET. No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, additional fees will incur.

INTERNET/CABLE:
Up to 400Mbps high speed wireless internet. Smart TVs throughout. Provide your own login for Netflix or other streaming services.

BEDS:
There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king sized bed which sleep two (2) adults. The other bedroom has a queen sized bed which sleeps two (2) adults. The loft has a day bed (twin size) for 1 person. Lastly, the movie room has a pull-out sofa bed (queen size) for two (2) persons.

KITCHEN:
Stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils and coffee machine.

LAUNDRY:
Full size washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided and located under the sink in the downstairs bathroom.

AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and bathroom can liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. Toiletries such as toothpaste and floss are not provided.

TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the bear proof trash container on the side of the front porch by the parking spots. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick ups.

HOT TUB:
Private Hot Tub
Glass is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters as well as power outages. We recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your investment in the event of a weather event that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD,AWD and/or tire chains.
