Welcome to your ultimate Pocono Mountains getaway! This spacious 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests, making it perfect for families, friends, or multi-generational adventures.

Gather in the cozy open-concept living area, whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy family dinners in the spacious dining area. Movie night? Sing your heart out? Head to the karaoke/theater room for endless entertainment. Game night? The loft/game room has a pool table, bar counter, and lounging area, giving everyone a spot to play, relax, and laugh together.



Outside, the fun continues on the wrap-around deck with a hot tub, perfect for soaking under the stars or enjoying morning coffee with serene mountain views. Plus, you’ll have access to ample community amenities, so there’s always something to try and explore.

Towamensing Trails is the perfect year-round Pocono retreat. In autumn, guests can hike through brilliant foliage at Hickory Run State Park, where the scenic Hawk Falls Trail leads to a beautiful waterfall, or enjoy the lakeside trails at Beltzville State Park. Winter brings skiing, snowboarding, and tubing at nearby resorts like Jack Frost, Big Boulder, Blue Mountain, and Camelback. Within the community, a 190-acre stocked lake offers excellent fishing for bass, trout, and more—just bring your PA fishing license. Whether hiking, skiing, or relaxing by the water, Towamensing Trails is the ideal home base for your Pocono getaway.



Enjoy access to various amenities, including a community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, a scenic lake, and a sandy beach area. Kayak and paddleboard rentals are also available for an additional fee (cash only). Please note, per the community rules, Kayaks are not available after October 18th. All guests are required to complete a registration form within 48 hours of booking. Failure to submit the form within this timeframe may result in your reservation's cancellation.



Guests are required to display a community parking pass at all times during their stay. Additionally, all guests ages 5 and older must wear community wristbands throughout their visit. Your stay includes # wristbands, which will be provided in your registration packet at check-in along with the parking pass. If you need additional wristbands, they can be purchased for $10 per guest, per day at the HOA office. Detailed instructions will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed. Guest Access:

The guest has access to the entire home minus the locked cleaners' closet. Guests do not have access to use the outdoor fire pit per HOA rules/regulations.

By Car: Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace. Having a car makes it easy to visit the many shopping centers, restaurants, and other points of interest in the area.

Rideshare Services: Services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, providing a convenient alternative to driving. Simply book a ride through the app, and you'll be on your way to your destination in no time.

Check-out is at 10am



- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes.

- Parking is available for 6 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed.

- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.

-Please note that car information must be provided as soon as you confirm the booking for a hassle-free experience. We cannot register more cars after the registration package is completed!

- Fire pit is not for guest use per the HOA rules/regulations.

-Guests are asked to please take their trash to the community dumpsters when checking out. A $75 fee will be applied if trash is left after your stay.



-Please note there is a $200 fee if the wristbands for amenities access are not returned to the basket upon checkout.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
