¡NUEVO! Desert Den w / Oasis, 3mi to Goodyear Ballpark!

Hi Stephanie, we’re glad you enjoyed the spacious layout, though we're sorry some aspects fell short of expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:– We don’t advertise a heated pool since we don’t offer this amenity. The listing has been updated to make this even clearer for future guests. The pool is professionally serviced weekly, and during colder weather, the focus is on maintaining proper chemical balance while the solar cover is in place.– A previous guest damaged the screen door beyond repair, so it has been removed with no plans for replacement. The broken TV in one of the bedrooms has now been replaced.– While most outdoor cushions were in place, one had blown into the pool due to high winds and has since been returned. There are 10 outdoor chairs without cushions, along with additional cushioned seating under the covered porch. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve the guest experience. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
