Paradise - C1-201 at Pinnacle Port

Located in the gated gulf front community of Pinnacle Port - Near 30A!  Pinnacle Port has an awesome location between the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell and next to Camp Helen St Park. This small community has tons of amenities which include 2 pools (1 heated in the cooler weather), Boat Dock & ramp to Lake Powell, tennis & pickleball courts, shuffleboard, playground and grilling pavilion.  Easy access to 30A, Pier Park, Destin and Panama City Beaches restaurants/shops but without the crowds! 



Being on the beach and Lake is special with kayak & paddle board rentals just across the lake ~ on site @ Camp Helen St Park. This small state park, known for being filmed in Luke Bryan's music video "Old Beach Roller Coaster" offers a fun and additional amenity so to speak just stones throw away!  



C1-201 "Paradise" has been completely renovated and newly furnished including the addition of built-in bunks.

Broken Elevator

The condo was nice. The agent/owner knew elevator was broken. Said part would be there Monday and would be fixed. It was never fixed. I requested some of my money back because of inconvenience. We were on 2nd floor my husband is 82 and has back problems. My children stayed in another condo and they helped take our belongings to and from the vehicle! Another tenant said she got back 25% of her money. They refused to give me anything back. Bad representation!

Very nice condo!

We stay at Pinnacle Port once or twice a year since forever. It’s our favorite place! This unit is very nicely updated. One of our favorites so far and we have stayed in a lot!

Beautiful condo

We stay at Pinnacle Port at least once a year. This unit is nicely redone, one of our favorites! The bedding arrangement was nice and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Pots and pans might need replaced soon due to scratched teflon.We will definitely rent this unit again!

Easy trip

Check in was easy. Check out was a breeze. 1 of the best rooms and location for your money. With 2 kids access to the beach was just steps away. Overall great experience!

Perfect Family Escape

I can’t say enough good things about this property. I spent weeks searching and bookmarking listings in the area before landing on this spot at Pinnacle Port. The location is perfect for my family with a little one. Far enough removed from the main PCB action to have an enjoyable beach stay while still being able to access the restaurants and attractions when we wanted. Head west toward Seaside for a bit more relaxed dining experience. The property was well kept and had more supplies for cooking than anticipated. The decor was really nice and extends to the fine details (not just what shows up in the listing photos like other properties.) There are tons of beach chairs, umbrellas and other supplies already available to use on your trip. We used the local rental company to setup chairs and an umbrella for us each day. Getting into the property was super smooth and we were well prepared in advance. Jane and Jim were really responsive and helpful during our stay, especially when helping us recover some items left behind. I would definitely recommend this spot, especially if you have dozens of spots bookmarked and can’t quite figure out which to choose. This property is the right choice.

Wonderful place

We have been coming to Pinnacle Port for 5 years, and this was by far the best unit we have stayed in. Comfy beds, clean, updated and great location in the building. Would definitely recommend this property!!

Perfect location, perfect view

This condo couldn't have been more perfect for two couples traveling together. We had everything we needed such as comfy beds and well-appointed kitchen. Even though we stayed inside some due to rain, we always had a million dollar view to enjoy. Condo decor is lovely, restaurants and grocery stores are super close. Do wish property had a hot tub but otherwise, our stay was great.

Lovely getaway

We stayed for a few days in March. Since the water and weather were too cool during our stay, it was nice to have the option of sitting on the balcony. Enjoyed the sunsets and evenings on the beach. I don’t know if warmer months would find bigger crowds. It did feel secluded, especially with the inlet on one end (which I would recommend visiting!) and single family homes on the other. There were chairs and umbrellas but no towels (some provide, some don’t). The kitchen had everything we needed. All linens/towels felt brand new. The condo remodel was wonderfully done. Quick response for all communication. Check in was a breeze. Drive through a beautiful gated community to reach condo. Very comfortable stay and would recommend! Keeping this location on my Florida list :)

Great condo in a fantastic place

Carillon Beach is one of our favorite places to visit. This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. We were impressed by how clean everything was in the unit but really blown away by the decor. We wish whoever decorated this place would come to our house. We will definitely stay here again in the future

Boy, oh boy!!!

We had an amazing time. My husband and I and our 2 sons, stayed at the property with 4 of their cousins. We had 6 boys in total. The unit was clean and comfortable. It rained each day but we still managed to get some beach or pool time in daily. The boys had a great time hanging out in the unit. We highly recommend this place. Jane, the property manager, was very attentive and helpful.

Great Place

This condo was great for a short trip to the beach. It was nicely updated & in a great location. Parking was not an issue at all which is huge. Loved how spacious the condo was. We would rent this again.

Very enjoyable property and location

Great accommodations. Very much enjoyed our week there. Beautiful views overlooking the beach. Very clean and updated. Minutes away to plenty of stores, entertainment and great restaurants. Beach was never crowded. Pool on the property was clean along with other activities.

Perfect, Cheerful Condo at the Best Beach

We love Pinnacle Port. This is by far our favorite condo we have stayed in. Would highly recommend staying in this unit. It is bright, comfy and had very handy beach chairs and toys to boot!

Beautiful place

Our family had a great time at Pinnacle Port. Convenient to grocery and restaurants, yet fairly uncrowded beaches. The unit was beautifully renovated. Very tastefully decorated. Super clean! The water changes every day, of course, but it's overall very beautiful here. This is the resort to pick if you're wanting to be away from the party crowds. It's family- friendly here. You'll want to prepare for the unit being completely unstocked in the grocery/supply category. Some VRBOs come with basic staples such as spices, detergent, etc. This one didn't even have salt and pepper, trash bags, extra toilet paper, or detergent. Could be a Covid thing? Or perhaps previous renters took advantage? Thankfully there's a Publix 5 minutes away, where we were able to stock up. We really made great memories here, and loved our vacation time at this unit! Beautiful condo

This condo is was perfect for my family. Overlooks the beach and is super convenient! Super clean and the decor was updated and beautiful! We will be booking this condo again in the future!

Perfect Vacation Spot

The location and access to Panama we perfect. Although not right in the hustle and bustle, it was close enough for easy access but far enough to not be on an overly crowded beach. The condo offered everything we could have needed for the week! Definitely recommend!
