Minutes to all things on the peninsula. 1/2 mile to Carmel Valley Ranch, the Holly Farm, 1 mile to Folktale Winery, 6miles to Carmel downtown, 10Mi to Monterey, 9mi to Laguna Seca, 5mi to the village. Each room offers its own sliding glass door for easy exit to your patios! Comfy outdoor furniture, propane fire pits and Smart TV makes coffee in the morning or BBQing in the Evenings that more enjoyable! 3cars can fit in driveway, +Street parking

Enjoy your nice AM coffee outside listening to the birds, seeing the beautiful morning sky. Venture out to anyone of our little communities all within a quick drive and enjoy the fine dining and wine tasting! Golf is extremely close at C.V Ranch, Quail Lodge, and Pebble Beach. Laguna Seca is about a 15min drive. We are located in Mid Carmel Valley, which is between Carmel and Carmel valley Village. We host a lot of guests for weddings, car events, golf events, or families wanting to see the Monterey Bay, Big sur, and enjoy the great food in both Carmel and Carmel valley Village, and be able to escape the loud neighborhoods, and enjoy the sunshine the valley has to offer. Fully stocked Kitchen, Stove, double oven, nice dining area, and comfy living room. Master bedroom offers, Cal King bed with Adjustable Base, Bedroom offers Tempur-Pedic Queen with Adjustable base, third bedroom offers standard queen, also very comfortable! All bedrooms have smart TV's, oversized closets, Sliding glass doors, and great natural light! There is an area that is private as at times the back part will have a family member there, she parks on the street and has her own private entrance, and fenced area. Still providing you with your own privacy. Feel free to reach out to inquire on days not showing available.

Quiet time is 11PM outside, to respect our neighbors. No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. No parking on the Blonde DG to the left house
No food down any bathrooms sinks, these are bathroom sinks not kitchen sinks. Please always run fan, and crack window when showering.
No outside water usage of any kind, this includes washing your car, inflatable pools, etc. We are on City water and its expensive!

House was lovely, all the bedrooms were comfortable, living room and kitchen were excellent. Backyard was a standout with plenty of room to hang out, chickens who laid fresh eggs, and fruit trees. Our vacation was a little hectic, I wish I'd had more time to enjoy it.

Quaint Home for Weekend in Carmel Valley

This was a perfect location for a wedding our family attended at Carmel Valley Ranch. So nice to be walking distance to a grocery store and the venue was a mile away. Everyone slept well in the comfy beds and we appreciated the flexibility and ease of communication with the host.

Carmel Valley Gem

Thank you Alexi for a wonderful stay in your lovely home. We had a fun reunion of high school friends, going to Monterey to kayak and staying in the beautiful Carmel Valley. The house was well equipped, the fresh chicken eggs were delicious in our Sunday breakfast burritos. There were restaurants and a Safeway walking distance, beautiful farms and wineries just down the road. We could have stayed a week and still not have explored all the amazing places near by.

Carmel Valley Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this charming property. The house was our base while we explored Carmel Valley, the Carmel Beach area, Big Sur and Monterey Bay. The house was spacious with a generously equipped kitchen. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable outdoor space and watching the Olympics on a high quality large screen TV. There were TVs in each bedroom, as well as in the outdoor patio. There was a fire pit outside and our host left fixing to make S'mores. One person in our group wished for washer/dryer access. I didn't mind not doing laundry on vacation. Overall it was a lovely stay.

Absolutely incredible!

I cannot say enough good things about the house and the host. Alexi went above and beyond to help make everything perfect. She was super responsive and so helpful. The house had everything we could possibly need, and if it didn’t, she helped get it. It’s great for toddlers, mine had a blast outside. The door to separate the rooms from the living section was very handy when the toddler was up all hours of the night because of the time change. This was probably my favorite home I’ve stayed in. Highly highly recommend.

The home was well equipped with every necessity. It was my fault for not reading the small print. We enjoy property without owners on-site and a washer and dryer. The owners did not bother us once, but they were walking around the property. Most places we stay, there is a washer/dryer for our use. We had to use the laundromat down the street that cost us $65 in addition to the $3,000 we paid for the property.

I am so sorry that you felt I was on property. I was only on property before your check in time of 3PM and you arrived over 1.5hours early. As I was there dropping off and securing areas that were to be locked, was never there after greeting you. A family member is there at times, as mentioned in the listing, where she has her own living area and entrance, never in the main residence area, all private space. The property details also shows no access to washer n dryer just as it states about a family member. I suggest reviewing property details before making a reservation, as property owners we take time to be clear and straight forward about the house, amenities, and services offered or what you can expect. So it doesn’t go against us in our ratings.

Loved staying here… I stayed here during my Big Sur Marathon and honestly super convenient. So cozy and nothing bad to say about this stay. I appreciate the host for keeping it cozy and the fact there’s chickens in the back for fresh eggs was a super surprise and loved that! Will definitely recommend this BnB to anyone!
