The home is right off the highway so you can hear cars driving by. But at night, it's quiet and you can hear the stream flowing. If you want a mix of convenience and tranquility this is a great fit. If you'd rather be up in the mountains and farther off the highway, this might not be the best fit.

It's not completely secluded. There are neighbors behind the house - a lovely couple with a sweet dog. You still feel very private even with neighbors somewhat close. It's just 12min to Walmart for any forgotten items.
