The home is right off the highway so you can hear cars driving by. But at night, it`s quiet and you can hear the stream flowing. If you want a mix of convenience and tranquility this is a great fit. If you`d rather be up in the mountains and farther off the highway, this might not be the best fit.

It`s not completely secluded. There are neighbors behind the house - a lovely couple with a sweet dog. You still feel very private even with neighbors somewhat close. It`s just 12min to Walmart for any forgotten items.
