Best Sunsets Ever

It was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. When rebooking for next year Ashley and Emily were very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed fishing off the back dock area and watching the sunset from the back porch. We come to Murrell's Inlet every year and this was by far the best house we have stayed in for location and comfort. It had everything we needed for a great stay! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Worst Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To state “our” overall experience we “ALL” agree that it was the “WORST” vacation we have taken anywhere. We pulled in the driveway to see a house under construction 35 feet from our rental with music blaring and pneumatic nailers being fired off in rapid succession. We were at a loss for words. That loss for words quickly turned into frustration, anger, aggravation and a feeling of helplessness which lasted our entire stay at this rental property. We had 13 people in our party which included an elderly woman in her 80’s and a 6 month old newborn baby along with other adults. We called garden city realty with absolutely no help. Their answer was we can’t do anything, truth is they chose not to do anything. At the very least, they could’ve done something simple, but they washed their hands of the situation. 7 AM to 7 PM every day except Sunday. We endured constant banging, yelling, singing, pneumatic nailers, saws, huge pieces of lumber dropped from three stories into a metal container, and a constant flow of sawdust that covered everything we own. The first day we arrived we could not get the fridge freezer door open. We called Garden City Realty and they said they would send someone. No one ever showed up. We finally after an hour of trying and defrosting the door was able to get it open. The master bath commode would not fill up so we had to constantly take the lid off and get the flapper and flush valve to start working. The vanity sink would not stop running in the bathroom that attaches to the bedroom with 2 queen beds. The floor in the main living area sank down and was wavy. The flooring would dip down all across the living room and dining room between floor joists. There were a few spots that didn’t feel safe to walk on. But none of the little issues compares to dealing with active construction. And after seeing how they handled the construction issue and not showing up for the issue with

My family has been coming to GCB for over 60 years , we have seen alot of changes but are so glad to find a true beach house with great access to the beach and the canal. We also love the adequate parking and nice area underneath the house and the large grass backyard. We truly love that it does NOT have a pool.

The guys were happy with the boat in the backyard to go fishing anytime and the ladies loved the quick easy walk across the street to the beach. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous week at Sunset Dreams

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a fabulous house and location. It was plenty big enough for our crew of eight with extra room. The two bedrooms with king beds was a big help. The fact that only one bedroom had singles or bunks was a big plus too. Most adults don’t want to sleep in bunks or twins so thank you for real beds! We had a fabulous time on the beach and we enjoyed the dock, too. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in many homes along Surfside, Garden City and Murrells Inlet, but Sunset Dreams is our new favorite of them all. It’s beautifully decorated and you just feel at home time you walk in the door. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could possibly need to prepare your favorite meals. We loved dinner on the back porch, and fishing from the dock. We can’t wait to get back to Sunset Dreams. We already booked for next year.
