Welcome to Sandy Bottoms West — your base camp for rest, relaxation, and exploration.

Our Backyard Oasis remodel is complete, featuring a new stunning 14` x 40` saltwater pool with customizable lighting, an oversized 7` x 10` spa with jets, turf landscaping, and a stylish pergola for added shade. Inside, the home is whimsically themed with National Park art of the American West, displayed across both floors. Whether you`re enjoying the outdoor amenities or settling in for a cozy night, this home offers a clean, relaxing
environment with a distinct Western vibe.

On the main floor, you`ll find a fully stocked kitchen, a large living room with jumbo couches, European-style accordion doors that lead to the pool, two master bedroom ensuites with king beds including office desks and chairs for a workcation, and a 14-foot shuffleboard table.

The crown jewel of the property is the pool which is controlled by a tablet in the home. You can set the temperature for the pool & spa, and control the pool lights and spa jets. There is also a kiddo-friendly shallow area in the pool. The backyard also boasts furniture for outdoor dining, a fire pit, a covered gas BBQ, and several chaise sun lounges.

The second-floor features another living room with a huge sectional couch, a ping-pong table, a balcony overlooking the pool, a Queen bedroom, and two bunk rooms. The small bunk room has 3 Full beds, with the larger bunkroom containing 2 queen beds, a single full bed, and 2 twin beds. All 5 bedrooms in the home have their own bathroom with oversized showers, and most have their own Smart TVs.

Guests have access to both garages with parking inside for 3 vehicles, and a wide driveway that fits additional parking for up to 6 more vehicles. Additionally, the overflow parking area for your boat and off-road vehicles is located conveniently just across from the driveway. Guests will have access to the entire home and pool.

November - April Cost: A $150 initial heating fee, plus an additional $45 for each night of your reservation.

Requesting Pool Heating - 4 Easy Steps:

- Message us at least 3 days before check-in and express your interest in pool heating.
- We`ll get back to you, confirming the pool heating cost, and send a request for payment.
- Once you`ve made the payment, the pool heating kicks in.
- Check-in and dive into the joy of your heated pool. Keep in mind, weather conditions may influence your perception of the water temperature.

If you`re hoping to bring additional guests, reach out to us! This home sleeps 16 guests but can accommodate up to 20 guests for an additional $75 per guest for the total stay.

We have done our best to try and include all items you may need for your stay including pool towels, extra pillows and blankets, complete kitchen with all dishes, utensils, and appliances so you can prepare all your meals at home and don`t have to go anywhere if you don`t want to.

This home is located in Elim Valley which is just minutes from Sand Hollow State Park where you can enjoy boating, playing on the beach, fishing, and off-roading at the dunes. The Elim Valley community has several amenities for its guests, including two pools, a hot tub, a splash pad, and pickleball courts. Southern Utah Luxury is a text or
