It was a rainy morning, we arrive and open the door, basement, musty smell, it had a smell like mildew, mold. The door had sweated a lot and the paneling was rippled. Very plain furnishings and overall under whelming, disappointing. My wife said she would not stay there and we left.

Great stay!

Unit is very basic but it is spacious, very clean and exactly what I needed for a biking weekend in Bella Vista. It is within a minute from the Little Sugar trails.

Peaceful Retreat in Bella Vista, Arkansas Tucked into the scenic hills of Bella Vista, this cozy rental offered the perfect blend of comfort and nature. The property was clean, well-appointed, and surrounded by quiet wooded views — ideal for morning coffee on the deck or winding down after a day of exploring. Whether hiking nearby trails, visiting Crystal Bridges Museum, or just relaxing indoors, everything felt easy and accessible. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, making check-in a breeze. A great spot for solo reflection, couples’ getaways, or unplugged weekends with family.

No frills, not the cleanest. This is generally reflected in the price, but I wouldn’t call this spot a great value.

Cost is low but the overall standing score of the unit was “Good” so we thought it would be simple and decent. Can’t help the woodsy area from bringing in spiders but it caused some unease. WiFi worked sometimes. A dehumidifier didn’t work. The shower curtain was moldy at the bottom. Paneling was warping and coming off the wall. The inside of the door was delaminating. The King bed had nice clean bedding but you sink to the middle. The creamer curdled in the coffee. It was clean when we arrived. Communication and check in was fine but then no response to a question for 2 days during our stay. We dealt with it bc all we did was sleep and shower and leave each day. So stay if you need cheapest but don’t expect “Good”. It is Poor-Okay, but clean.

Needed a cooktop, shower was tiny and water shot everywhere..no hot water in the sink, mini split would not change then figured out the batteries in remote were dead....kinda struggled with everything..toilet rocked, bed sheets were so hot, went out and bought new ones...

The worse spider infested property we had to run out of at 10pm and was denied refund

Scam

Needs Work and Lower Price

It might be adequate at a much lower price. Floor, area rug and bathroom switch deparately need cleaning. Rusty hooks and bar in bathroom need replaced by plastic. Separate soaps for shower and hand-washing would be more hygenic. Sweep the leaves from outside walks before guests arrive. Bed and bedroom were nice. For a comparable price there are much nicer properties in Bella Vista.
