Welcome to our vacation 5 Bedrooms / 4 Bathroom pool home. Situated on the Family orientated gated community of the Shire within West Haven, in Davenport Florida.
The home features a large entrance hall with an open plan layout. Large formal dining room on the left flows through into the rear fully fitted kitchen and family room. The family room has a comfortable leather sectional sofa, single recliner, and large flat screen TV—perfect for watching all your favorite movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, to prepare and enjoy all your home cooked, family meals or holiday snacks.
The Breakfast Island seats 2 guests plus an additional table for breakfast time early risers.

Large formal dining table seats up to 8.

Patio doors from the kitchen and family room open up onto the pool for everyone to cool off in, and a spa to relax.
we have Patio Furniture under the lanai for alfresco dining or just relax with a good book and enjoying the Florida sunshine.
The games room has a full-size pool table and an air hockey table, are great for family enjoyment and the competitive youngsters.

There is also a Ground floor Queen bedroom with adjoining bathroom comprising of a combined tub/shower, single vanity and WC.

Upstairs is the main King Master suite with king bed and en-suite bathroom, complete with his and hers sinks, a garden tub, plus a walk-in shower with a separate WC cubicle. French doors lead to a balcony which is shared with the Guest King Bedroom .
Right at the top of the stairs is the Guest King Bedroom featuring a king bed and en-suite bathroom, comprising of a combo tub/shower, single vanity and WC. Also the french doors to the balcony over the pool area.

At the front of the home is another Guest bedroom with a queen bed. The only Twin Bedroom with two twin beds, (singles) is perfect for the children and both bedrooms share the adjacent Family Bathroom, comprising of combo tub/shower, single vanity and WC.
The Utility room with a full washer and dryer for guest convenience.

FREE Wi-Fi. Pool Heat optional. (Please enquire at the time of booking as this may carry an additional charge to be heated).

Driveway parking for 2 cars. No overnight street parking as Towing is enforced by the HOA. Please note the signage on the Shire Entrance gate as from midnight cars must be parked on the driveway without obstructing the sidewalk, grass lawns or street. This is becoming typical on many communities to enable First Responders, if necessary, to pass by freely.

Community clubhouse has a complete fitness suite, community pool, tennis courts and volley ball facilities for guests of the Shire. Ask for the swipe card for access as this is an unmanned facility.

Close by at Champions Gate there is a Publix supermarket, restaurants and Various take away food places such as Chilis, Millers Ale House, Panera Bread and many more.
Within minutes of the I4 (exit 58) for a direct route to the Disney parks and Central Florida or head along to the Hwy 27 where you will find a Walmart supermarket and various shops, restaurants and banks. Publix is also at Champions Gate.

Nearby is Omni Champions Gate golf course and hotel, plus Highlands Reserve and Providence Golf courses (17-92).
