Bellamente remodelado 1 hab Kapalua Golf Villa!

Renovaciones completas en este nivel de terraza (¡sin escaleras!) villa se completaron a finales de 2013. Las paredes fueron derribadas a montantes desnudos y todo fue reemplazado. Los propietarios tenían una cosa en mente: convertirla en su hogar lejos del hogar. ¡En esa búsqueda contrataron al mejor contratista, diseñador e insistieron en la parte superior de la línea de todo! Con vistas a la calle 11 en el mundialmente famoso campo de golf Kapalua Bay, esta villa incluye lo mejor de todo con excelentes vistas hacia las islas vecinas de Lanai y Molokai. Los muebles provienen de los mejores fabricantes y la cocina fue construida con el chef gourmet en mente. Electrodomésticos de última generación Thermador, granito personalizado y gabinetes. 50 "televisores LED de alta definición" y reproductores de DVD Bluray en la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. Great stay!

The rental property was in great condition! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here during our babymoon! Would highly recommend to future guests!

Beautiful place, some issues still

The condo is gorgeous with high end appliances and comfortable furnishings. Though, during our 6 day stay both my partner and I started to have very bad allergies. We looked around the master bedroom and found what we believe to be mold on the wooden curtains in the bedroom. I would attach photos of the mold but unfortunately this app doesn’t allow that at the time of generating this review. We contacted the rental management company to hopefully get a resolution. The rental management company came out to the unit and despite having inspected the place for mold, they assured us that it wasn’t mold and that there is nothing they could do. This was frustrating because while we are not exports on identifying mold, neither is the rental management company. It felt obvious that they where not willing to help us. At this point my girlfriend was having serious breathing problems after just spending a short time in the unit. We were very close to having to go to the urgent care due to breathing issues, but luckily we had an inhaler for bee allergies that we could use. Even with this health scare the rental management company would not help us. They didn’t even offer to clean the locations that we believe showed apparent mold growth. My girlfriend and I had to end up sleeping on the couch in the living room the last two nights but still felt very unwell when we were inside of the unit.

Perfect Vacation

The unit and the location was everything we wanted. Next to our favorite beaches. We wanted low key and quiet… it was exactly that! The unit was clean and well stocked. Two pools were steps to the unit and we’re never crowded. The view from the lanai was outstanding, more than what we expected. We contacted the property manager by email once as I forgot to print my parking pass. It was close to 11 PM and they still responded within 30 minutes. Thank you again! Unfortunately, we could only have the unit for 4 nights as we booked so late. We had to go to a hotel resort which was nothing like the experience at Kapalua golf Villas and specifically this unit.

Beautiful Stay in Maui

Easy access to most of the attractions in Northwest Maui, but feels very private within the Kapalua area. Amazing condo with all the amenities of home and immaculate area sorounding you for walks, visiting the pool and man other activities. Can't recommend enough and couldn't think of staying anywhere else in the island!

Amazing spot, amazing villa!

Such a great spot for my wife and I to end our last leg of our trip to Maui. The villa is a great size, comfortable bed and great ocean views. A must stay.

Beautiful property

This place was absolutely perfect. We loved the home away from home feel. The views from the lanai were better than the pictures. All amenities were there, no corners cut whatsoever. We will definitely stay again when we come back!

Amazing - exceeds expectations

My husband and I loved this location. We wished that we would have stayed there our complete trip. The house was clean, upgraded, perfect views from the patio/deck and had everything we needed for our stay. We will likely rent at this location again for our next trip. I would give the ownership and management of this condo an A+ 5 out of 5 stars!

Nicely remodeled villa

We’ve stayed at several of the villas and found this one to be very nicely updated. It’s on the smaller side of the ones we’ve stayed at but had a much larger lanai than others. Covered parking was included and the pine tree filled golf and ocean views were a nice combination. Access was ground level so if stairs are a problem for you, this would be a great option.

Amazing Location and Property!

My twin sister and I celebrated our 50th birthday with our younger sister in Maui at this beautifully situated villa. The owners have thought of everything you need to enjoy your stay both at the villa and enjoy the local beaches close by. I highly recommend this property!!

Better than the photos

Perfect location, amazing views, better than the photos. Large private feel to the lanai. Very quiet area. Would highly recommend. Rod at quam properties was very responsive and easy to work with. Loungers in the lanai are a bit weathered - nothing that covering with a towel didn’t fix.

Great property - only needs one thing

Loved the location and amenities of this property. It had everything we could need and all of it was high quality. Kitchen is stellar! Great carpet. Wonderful lanai and decent view. Can see the ocean and a neighboring island but the view is mostly of the golf course and other villas. Would have been nice to know ahead of time whether or not there were beach chairs, umbrella and cooler available. I even called the property management company to ask because it’s not in the description. They told me they could t confirm this for me. We rented these items only to find them the next day on our property for use. That was disappointing. The chairs are nice Tommy Bahama chairs with backpack straps and pockets on the back, although the straps are broken on all but one chair and none of the zippers work on the pockets of the chairs. The cooler would be great for a family, but much too large for just the two of us. Overall, we loved the property and would stay here again. It had everything we wanted and needed. Everything about it was great.

Great Location, Amenities & Experience

We've stayed in many different properties over the years and this was easily at the top. It had everything we needed for our trip from all the best kitchen supplies to extra beach towels for the beautiful and relaxing pools. The upgrades throughout were tremendous, especially in the bathrooms and kitchen. The lanai was spacious and the lounge chairs comfortable. There was enough space to stay in the sun or move to the shade if needed. The Kapalua area is great as well with superb golf and beautiful walking and hiking trails. We will be back soon!

Great stay in Kapalua

Condo is in great condition and has all the amenities you could want. Easy access to all the restaurants, shops and beaches in Kapalua and secluded, peaceful part of the island. Great alternative to crowded resorts in Lahaina and Kaanapali.

Very nice condo and good location

We truly enjoyed the peacefulness and beauty of the area. The condo was pretty soundproof compared to normal hotels and the updated kitchen was fabulous! All of the utensils and such were great. I would rate it a 5 star if they could get a better mattress for the pullout couch. It was very uncomfortable even on the floor. This may prevent us from coming back with our kids. Sleep is just too important.

Beautiful condo with a peaceful view. Very nicely upgraded and instantly felt like home away from home. It felt like everything we needed was provided. The kitchen is top notch and well stocked if you plan on cooking. Property managers are professional and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Frequent visitor to Maui and Kapalua

We really enjoyed our stay at the golf villa. The kitchen is a cook's dream! Great Lanai with a superb view. The furnishings are high end and the linens etc are also very nice. You won"t find a better unit at the Golf Villas. Quam realty was very responsive to our few needs. Very professional people.
