ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE ENTRANCE TO FOLLY FIELD BEACH BOARDWALK sits a charming ‘Old Hilton Head Island’ Beach House. COMPLETELY REMODELED in 2024 this 1950’s beach house was a two that now provides an UPPER LEVEL 3 BR/2 BA house complete with a large primary (king) suite and 2 bedrooms, one queen and one with bunk beds (full and single) and a shared full bath. The downstairs, accessible through the EXTERIOR Staircase has a separate entrance, with 2BR and 1 bath downstairs.

The main lounge is an open floor plan with breakfast bar that seats 4 plus a dining table that seats 4. The room is centered with a large 55” smart TV. The upper level is complete with a lovely outside deck with a high-top patio set for 6 plus a couple of lounge chairs to catch the Hilton Head rays and fresh ocean air. There are no interior stairs to access on the main level, access is from the exterior staircase only.

We call the lower level our ‘Teen Cave’ but it’s just a great place to chill. Connected by the EXTERIOR staircase, this level has a SEPARATE Private entrance. Here you fill find 2 extra bedrooms and a shared bath to augment your accommodations. The area is a great place to catch ‘the game’ on the 55” TV while the kids watch cartoons in one of the other rooms, or enjoy a little ping pong in the screened-in porch. There is a large game table for the family to enjoy their favorite board game or just playing cards.

In the evening, the fire pit is a great gathering place for the family.

Pet Policy: this home is dog-friendly. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per dog is required if you are bringing a dog. Limit: 2 dogs MAX; 75 pounds per dog.
