Unwind in this 3-story mountain cabin overlooking the iconic golf hole featured in Dirty Dancing! Set in Rumbling Bald Resort, it’s perfect for families and groups—sleeps 14 comfortably (16 with cots)—and includes 12 full resort passes.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Main Level: Primary bedroom with 2 queen beds + en-suite full bath, with additional full bath off kitchen

Upper Level: 2 bedrooms (each with a queen + twin) and 1 full shared bath, plus a private loft with king bed

Lower Level: Bedroom with 1 queen + 1 double, 2 single cots, and 1 full bath

Bathrooms:

4 full baths total: 1 on each floor for guest convenience, 2 on main

Highlights:

3 decks: upper with grill & seating, mid-level hot tub, and lower with a stone fire pit

Vaulted ceilings & huge windows in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and cozy den with fireplace

We had the best time! The cabin is large enough to accommodate several families with their own separate spaces. The location is great, resort is awesome. Beautiful view of the lake, comfy beds and a fully stocked kitchen.

Great Golf Getaway

The house was perfect for our golf getaway with 10 ladies. Plenty of space for all! The house was clean, directions excellent and communication with our host was very easy. My only suggestion would be to add in a few large serving platters and dishes for bigger groups. We definitely look forward to returning!

Awesome lodge for guys golf trip

Beautiful views of the lake and Dirty Dancing hole. Peaceful running water sounds from deck.Plenty of beds and bedrooms with comfortable mattresses.Loved the pool table, hot tub and the poker table with dedicated room!We played Bald Mountain and Apple Valley- super convenient to both.Owner had excellent communication and has the Lodge well stocked. We will return!

Fantastic for big families!!

It was perfect for my 60th birthday celebration with my 4 children & grandchildren!! Loved the gorgeous property, location, view, history of Dirty Dancing movie & really neat decor. We all would love to come back sometime.

Great for family gatherings!

Our family vacation which included three generations stayed for a wonderful week at Dancing Falls! There was enough space for everyone to spread out on the different decks, enjoy the hot tub, fire pit or just hangout! Laurie was very responsive and gave us great information about the area and the resort property.

Birthday weekend

We had a nice stay for the weekend of my fiancés birthday with several friends from surrounding areas. We had plenty of space in the cabin and lots of fun things to do all around including games/pool table/hot tub, and even just walking in the neighborhood/resort area.

Nice property in great location

We spent 4 days at this property and loved it. We had enough space for all our guests, all tools and equipment was working as expected, property was clean. Special thanks to Laurie who was able to fix hot tub quickly before our arrival so we enjoined it as well. Recommend this property to all!

The stay was great. The complete group enjoyed it very much. We would like to rank it 4/5. The only thing which we would like to suggest is upgrading/servicing the HVAC. A living are has a full size glass at one side from where the sunlight comes in, which is a good thing. But this raises the temperature which becomes harder to get down and it was always on higher levels.

We had plenty of room and all was clean, well maintained, and felt like home. Laurie left us wood on the front porch to provide for a beautiful fire in the fireplace. We hope to return! Thanks for three great days!

Have the time of your life!

A beautiful location with a spacious home away from home. The indoor and outdoor common areas are perfect for large groups. Very private but close to the resort’s amenities. Asheville is about an hour away. The owners are very responsive to any questions or concerns. We highly recommend this property!
