This 1 bedroom unit has 2 queen beds, shower & tub in bathroom and sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Screened in balcony with seating for all overlooks peaceful green area. Enjoy family meals with fully equipped kitchen, dining space for 6. Washer & dryer in the unit! We do provide a starter pack of dishwasher and laundry detergent. Garage parking for one vehicle and outside lot for additional vehicles. This condo can be upgraded to a 2 bed/ 2 bath rental!
Just a walk across parking lot to get to awesome pool area, lazy river and separate kids pool play area. This condo is a part of the Resort and with this rental you will receive access for beach access parking, tennis & pickleball, and fishing area.
We offer self check in and keyless entry, so no need to wait in long registration lines!

*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.
