Looking for a great condo with a great view?
Aquarius condo 306 is located on the 3rd floor and offers a stunning view of the ocean. Unwind to sound of the waves crashing on the shoreline. The balcony to this condo overlooks the pool, grilling areas, and has an unobstructed view of the ocean. The living room provides plenty of seating with its comfy sectional and an additional seating chair. Off the living area is the dining area with space for 4. Additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar looking into the fully equipped kitchen. The main bedroom features a queen bed with a pull out full trundle for extra sleeping accommodations. The guest bedroom also has a queen bed. This unit contains 1.5 bathrooms. The master bathroom contains a tub/shower combo.
Aquarius is in a gated complex with direct beach access. Aquarius has a swimming pool, hot tub, and beautiful landscaped grounds with grilling stations, The property is centrally located within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
