Venga a disfrutar de impresionantes amaneceres sobre el Golfo de México desde su balcón privado. 2 dormitorios, 1. 5 baños, cocina bien equipada. La propiedad incluye administración en el lugar las 24 horas con piscina, bañera de hidromasaje y espacio verde que incluye área de barbacoa para su disfrute.

Esta propiedad está registrada con el Permiso de la Ciudad de South Padre Island # 2015-982762.

Family vacation

A rating on location, cleanliness and communication with owner. Easy walk to the beach and the condo was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials, beach toys and a bonus snack basket! There were only two opportunities for improvement: troublesome wifi, which was problematic since my college aged daughter had to take an online final during our trip; and we couldn't get the patio door to lock.

The condo looked exactly like the pictures! The view from the balcony was amazing! Perfect size for our family of 5. She left a ton of snacks which the kids enjoyed plus a binder of recommendations of where to eat and things to do! We will definitely book again if we come back to the island, thanks!!

Tammy is the best host we have ever had! She responded very quickly when I asked her about restaurants, parasailling, etc. The condo is small, but we had a great time with our three young children. Easy access to the beach and pool. You can walk everywhere! Lots of fun stores and restaurants. We only drove our car once while we were there. My kids loved the game room in the building and we played ping pong and shuffle board several nights. Only negative is that the water pressure isn't great. This was an amazing experience!

Tammy is amazing

We have stayed in this building multiple times and Tammy takes the lead for the best host. Leaving behind snacks and a welcome card. Her communication skills are excellent. Very easy to get a response quickly. There are also beach towels within the unit and beach chairs, which none of the other units had

Great place

Tammy was wonderful and very responsive! The place was great for our small family. Loved having beach towels and pool accessories available. Would recommend to others. Minimal parking at times. Pool was cold.

Perfect View!

Stayed with my husband and two adult sons. Condo was decorated very tastefully and cozy. The balcony was my favorite spot. Great sunrise view of ocean and just nice to enjoy the scenery. Host was easy to communicate with. Some issues with the lock instructions but after I figured it out everything went perfect. We all said we would want to come back.

Not just a view.

The check in process was easy. The unit was a bit small but it accommodated the family just fine. The view was excellent. The pictures don’t show this but there is a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The extras in the cabinet made it easy to cook meals. The beach is just down a walkway and pretty close by. The kids walked to the store and the arcade for snacks. The snacks provided by the host were a nice gesture. The pool and the hot tub were kept nice and clean. The property was well maintained. However, the sauna was out of service. Thank you for sharing your space.

Summer Beach Family Vacation

The condo is perfect. 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath. Fully furnished kitchen. Perfect view of the beach and pool area. Nicely decorated. Clean. Smelled amazing. Upon entering we found a welcome card and basket of snacks provided by the host! The condo was cleaned and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The communication with the host is worth 5 stars alone. Very friendly. Check in was easy. The rules are simple. Beds and sofas were comfortable. One room has one bed and one bedroom has 3 twin beds. Kitchen table sits 4. The tvs worl great and so does the wifi. We will definitely be back! I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice beach getaway!

This condo was perfect for myself and my two teenage sons. Centrally located. Easy to get around. Amazing beach access. Wonderful amenities. Would highly recommend. Tammy was an amazing host and had all sorts of suggestions and was so helpful.

Wonderful Stay!!!

This was our first time to Texas and we will definitely be back. It was just so relaxing even for a more touristy area. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every am for sunrise. Easy access to the beach. Everyone was super friendly. Tammy was super responsive to all messages and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

Beachy condo

The grounds were very well kept. The condo itself had an awesome view of the ocean and was clean and homey. Tammy the owner was super sweet and responded to a minor issue we had with the door code immediately. She even provided us with yummy snack basket. Would stay there again for sure!

Perfection!

Perfect spot! Beautiful beach view with easy access. All the essential toys and chairs for a great day on the beach. Great communication with host. Wonderful snack basket on arrival saved our first day with tired kids. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Nice heated pool and hot tub. Great family spot even in the middle of spring break.
