Venga a disfrutar de impresionantes amaneceres sobre el Golfo de México desde su balcón privado. 2 dormitorios, 1. 5 baños, cocina bien equipada. La propiedad incluye administración en el lugar las 24 horas con piscina, bañera de hidromasaje y espacio verde que incluye área de barbacoa para su disfrute.

Esta propiedad está registrada con el Permiso de la Ciudad de South Padre Island # 2015-982762.

The condo looked exactly like the pictures! The view from the balcony was amazing! Perfect size for our family of 5. She left a ton of snacks which the kids enjoyed plus a binder of recommendations of where to eat and things to do! We will definitely book again if we come back to the island, thanks!!

Family vacation

A rating on location, cleanliness and communication with owner. Easy walk to the beach and the condo was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials, beach toys and a bonus snack basket! There were only two opportunities for improvement: troublesome wifi, which was problematic since my college aged daughter had to take an online final during our trip; and we couldn't get the patio door to lock.

Great Beach & Pool Access

Tammy is the best host we have ever had! She responded very quickly when I asked her about restaurants, parasailling, etc. The condo is small, but we had a great time with our three young children. Easy access to the beach and pool. You can walk everywhere! Lots of fun stores and restaurants. We only drove our car once while we were there. My kids loved the game room in the building and we played ping pong and shuffle board several nights. Only negative is that the water pressure isn't great. This was an amazing experience!

Great place

Tammy was wonderful and very responsive! The place was great for our small family. Loved having beach towels and pool accessories available. Would recommend to others. Minimal parking at times. Pool was cold.

Gorgeous views of the beach

My family had a wonderful time staying here. Not only was the condo clean and well maintained (better than a hotel), the whole property was as well. If we ever make it back down to the island, we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Front desk crew is exceptional and the building was clean. Room is exactly as pictured. Great vacation. We even saw tropical fish in the ocean!

Great Stay

This was our first time at South Padre Island. Tammy made sure everything went well with helpful suggestions of things to see and places to eat. The condo itself is small but worked for two people. Great views of the ocean!

Wonderful Stay!!!

This was our first time to Texas and we will definitely be back. It was just so relaxing even for a more touristy area. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every am for sunrise. Easy access to the beach. Everyone was super friendly. Tammy was super responsive to all messages and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

This unit was perfect for us. Nice beachfront views from the private balcony. Walking distance to many bars/restaurants activities & shops. The condo itself was clean and comfortable.

Tammy is amazing

We have stayed in this building multiple times and Tammy takes the lead for the best host. Leaving behind snacks and a welcome card. Her communication skills are excellent. Very easy to get a response quickly. There are also beach towels within the unit and beach chairs, which none of the other units had

Wonderful stay

Tammy what is an excellent host! She was very responsive with communication, and answered all of our questions about our place and the island. There was an amazing welcome basket when we arrived with snacks and information about things to do on the island, would highly recommend!

Beachy condo

The grounds were very well kept. The condo itself had an awesome view of the ocean and was clean and homey. Tammy the owner was super sweet and responded to a minor issue we had with the door code immediately. She even provided us with yummy snack basket. Would stay there again for sure!

Relaxing beautiful condo!

We all enjoyed this condo it’s steps from the beach with an amazing view. Very well stocked & well kept . The owner is very sweet & stays in contact through the whole stay. The goodies basket was such a sweet touch. We would love to stay here again

Lovely space with Ocean views

My husband and two daughters stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving. The views from the living room and balcony were amazing. A lovely gift basket of snacks greeted us. We were very comfortable and had all that we needed. Hoping to return!

Perfection!

Perfect spot! Beautiful beach view with easy access. All the essential toys and chairs for a great day on the beach. Great communication with host. Wonderful snack basket on arrival saved our first day with tired kids. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Nice heated pool and hot tub. Great family spot even in the middle of spring break.
